She knew my nervousness because i talked about and said she was an RN and knew what she was doing. I get migraines and I wanted my 11s injected. Instead, she said she needed to inject higher and on my (faint and non problmatic )crows feet to " even it out." SO 600 dollars later, my forehead is frozen DOWN into a permanent frown. My eyelids are now hooded and I have to use prescription eye drops to tighten the skin to improve visibility and reduce irritation. And the 11s are still there. Even though the people are friendly and it seems like a nice place, you are only as good as your last appointment, so I give them a negative 1. And I have to frown with hooded eyes for 4 months now. The worst part is that I trusted her and talked ti her about my fears of bad injections and she did it anyways. It hard not to take it personally. nd also, the "heavy dropped brow" seems to be triggering more migraines. Utter waste of trust and money. I ended up paying for 8-11 sessions and noticed no change in some areas. In others, where I originally felt there was a some decrease, maybe 20-30%, the hair started coming back a few months after I finished my treatments. I remember the front-desk lady saying every single time that she had 13 sessions and had absolutely no hair at all, so I figured maybe I would see more of a decrease toward the end. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. At this current moment, some areas have a 15% decrease, some have no decrease, and some i'd say the hair is more pronounced than it was before and this is after all of my 8 full body sessions + 3 more for brazilian and underarm. I reached out to customer service by email about my experience and requested a partial refund, since it was a lot of money. After an entire month, I finally got a response from someone over the phone who said, "Sorry it didn't work for you, but that's not our fault." It's honestly pretty sad that such a large company wouldn't offer anything when their service clearly didn't work as promised. It's just the nature of the healthcare/service industry. Little delays stack up when people have questions or issues. I have seen NP Angel for every appointment except one. Angel is a true professional and she makes me feel completely at ease during my appointments. She's always good about talking though any changes I've made to my skincare routine to make sure it won't interact/interfere with the treatment. As with everything in life, you need to find who/what works for you through trying them out. I tried another NP at SEV when Angel wasn't available, and while she wasn't bad at all, there are just little things that Angel does that appeal to me and improve my overall experience (I have high anxiety about procedures).
