She had me sign the screen to give my tip, but it was charging me $100 instead of just a tip when I said that doesn't sound right I was told don't worry you'll get an email when I finally agreed she said oh but the email will take about half an hour. As I left, she texted me to tell me that my final session would not be honored because it expired my package a month ago. Chloe is supposedly the manager and I am embarrassed for your entire organization if this is who you think should be a manager, teaching customer service and treating people as rudely as she does. I will never go back to this location and anyone that's been in the past save yourself. Don't make the mistake. I did go to LaserAway go to any of the other places possible, but avoid this location at all costs. I was told as well that my skin would get worst but slowly get better as I had facials. Well it definitely got worst after the first one. Vivella has a cancellation policy where you need to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. That being said, for my second facial they e-mailed me I believe a day or two before my next appointment to confirm. They then emailed me the night before my appointment to cancel. I didn't see it till the next morning and came to my appointment anyways and waited outside for maybe half an hour before I checked my email. The following time Mary who did my one facial and consolations came late and talked me out of getting a facial. Once again my skin was pretty bad and said I didn't need it. I honestly think she just didn't want to do it. I ended up never coming back and ended up going on acutane, against her advice, and my skin has never looked better (with some scaring still but no acne or redness). Vivella has been very unprofessional in how they handle their clients by forgetting about them and emailing last minute when their clients have to pay a fee to cancel their appointments in advance. Service wise I couldn't really say because I never completed my treatments but unprofessional in how they conduct their business.

I recommend going to her even if you have to travel a bit out of your way, it will be worth it.
