They also recommended the eye cream $120. I recognized the brand and told them I had a full blown allergic reaction to that product as a body cream. They insisted I try it anyway. Again I had painful, itchy, scabbed rash that has scarred my torso. I don't recommend. LISTENING to their patients is an area for improvement.

I doubt she knows the name of any other health care professional, but she knows his. Both daughers were seen for Acne and both daughters cannot say enough about the change it made. The medication they eventually took has some possible side affects that can be uncomfortable to talk about. Turns out, if PA Browning is doing the talking, it isn't. I shut my mouth and listened as he talked to them like adults and included them in the decision making. It's probably why they remember his name. Making and changing appointments is a breeze and I LOVE getting a text reminder of my appointment. I wish everyone did this.

After going back and forth, and showing them the proof of payment, they said we were good to go and I moved on. This process literally happened probably three times. However, my credit report was just hit with a bill from Legacy that is two years old. Writing this is painful because I genuinely liked Dr Heaton. He's great and I would love to continue going there but there are some serious problems inside of the billing department that are now directly hitting my credit. To the Legacy Derm Dept - I just paid Bonneville Collections. You won. You got paid (again.) I'm genuinely disappointed and shocked that you would do this despite my being such a long term patient.

After one visit to this clinic, he has beautiful baby soft skin on his face. No acne at all!! The doc not only prescribed the medication he needs to use but also spoke in depth with my son about an over the counter face wash and lotion he should be using and why it's important to wash morning and nights. I swear I've talked with my son for years about washing morning and night, and he would often forget. One conversion with this doc, and he's never missed a wash. Go figure. My health insurance did not cover this appointment but the cost of our visit was so affordable ( about a hundred dollars). Best news is, the doctor helped me with coupons that I used to pick up the meds. All though the meds were covered by my insurance, the cost of the meds were outrageous! Thanks to the coupons and a heads up on the best pharmacy to go to that would best honor the coupons, the meds were extremely affordable. Like I said earlier, my 15 year old boy looks so handsome!!! He's happy and so am I.
