I showed up to my appointment on time and checked in. The receptionist said that esthetician called in sick and another would do my treatment. But, she only had time to do IPL to my face instead of my usual treatment. I was also given the opportunity to reschedule the treatment to all three areas and with my original esthetician over the next week or two. Unfortunately for me, this was Friday afternoon, I had taken time off work and cleared my schedule for the next few days to heal from the swelling I always have after IPL. And, I was gonna go out of town for a couple of weeks. I couldn't do this again anytime soon. I was angry because I thought I should have (at least) been called before I showed up but, also because I made this appointment in person and confirmed twice... and to no avail! During the back and forth, Kelsie came out and kindly offered to do my entire treatment right now! She said it would be no problem and that she would "make it happen." I was thrilled! During the treatment, she was charming and personable... as always! She did an amazing job and I got an awesome result.
