In May 2022, I had a facelift by Dr. Thompson at Utah Facial Plastics in Draper Utah. It was a…read morereally horrible experience. Swelling was terrible and they never said to put cool packs on my face. In fact, they said not to. Afterwards, I have found that that would have helped. The bigger problem is shown in the photos. On my left eye he did something horribly wrong and you can see from the other photo that I never had this pulling/puckering on that side until after the surgery. I waited a year and went back and he was like what's the problem? He did at least note on the photos that I didn't have that Before but brushed it off and told me to get Botox, but that of course didn't help at all. One side of my eye looks like natural wrinkles, but the other aisle looks very weird. It's like he pulled some muscle too tight right through that spot But wouldn't know up to it.I would definitely not go to him and wish I hadn't. Looks terrible. I tried to post photos, but it wouldn't let me

They do not care whether their clients are happy, only whether they've been paid…read more I initially came here for a rhinoplasty consultation and immediately felt dismissed. My concerns were brushed off, and it was painfully obvious that I was being viewed as a dollar sign rather than a patient. Thankfully, I trusted my instincts and did not move forward with surgery here. Unfortunately, my husband did. He paid $11,300 for a hair transplant at Utah Facial Plastics, only to be left with an uneven + unnatural hairlin. Oh, and just the other day he was asked if he had ever looked into a hair transplant, which tells you how much it didn't improve. Today was his one-year follow-up. Instead of taking responsibility, he was told: "If we did a second transplant, it would just look like it does on top." That is not the problem, Dr. Thompson. The problem is that you took $11,300 and gave someone a bad hairline, then spent a year deflecting his concerns instead of addressing a clearly subpar result. If you're considering this practice, be warned: once they have your money, your satisfaction no longer matters.

My sister said when they got there, the paper sheets over the chairs looked used and the music they were playing wasn't at all what's expected to hear at a massage parlor - calm & relaxing. Nope. It was just some weird nonsense. She also said that the lady masseuse who worked on her literally did one area on her back the entire hour and didn't even do a whole body massage...smh & when my brother in law laid down, the chair face thingy broke immediately and after repeatedly trying to fix it- they replaced it but it was a bit ghetto and not the smooth & relaxing experience I had hoped for them. Don't waste your money here..especially if the service & quality is half ass. I was super disappointed to hear that they didn't enjoy themselves as I was hoping smdh

Her brow waxes/shaping and tinting are also great, and I get microdermabrasions from her. She sells Lerosett and makes great products herself; including custom made for you. I use several products, including Buffed Head to Toe (Scrub), Blemish Arrest Me, Rapid Rebuild Me, and the Hydration Boost Me (hyaluronic acid serum). I recommend her highly!

Told them I understand they raised their prices (to an absurd amount) and would pay new price for new work, just wanted them to honor the price I had been paying to complete what they started (would only be about five more times). Also, when I was receiving a different procedure the doctor was making disgusting sexual jokes to the nurse while I was on the table with a bib covering my face, never have I felt so uncomfortable in my life. I wanted to tell them to get a room... what kind of person disgustingly sexually harasses an employee? Especially while there is a paying client lying on the operating table? I went in 3 and a half week after my injects and we compared the photo's they took with my face and their was hardly a change. They couldn't explain why it did NOT work. I have always received the same amount in the same area from my regular doctor but wanted to get a better deal with them. The lady was very rude and said that they would not give me free botox or any kind of refund. After talking to my regular doctor about it. I was told that they have had other clients complain about ANEW and that they are a SCAM! They water down the botox so much that it hardly works and you as the customer can't do anything about it. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to an actual doctors office. SO SO UPSET!!

Being new to the area, I was searching for a place to get my lash extensions. Immediately upon…read morearrival of my appointment I asked if they did UV or regular glue. I shared that my previous extensions were done with UV. The aesthetician shared they only did regular glue and moved forward with the application of a full/set. That very evening at home all of the lashes fell out. I immediately messaged The center and came in the next day to discuss. I was told she was unaware of the fact that the regular glue wouldn't stick because I had remnants of the UV glue on my eyelashes. She told me that she noticed they were popping right off while she was applying. That's why it took so long to finish the service. Of course, none of this was told me until the next day after I returned. They shared with me their three day policy and that's why I returned the very next day. I was told she could put on another set of lashes, but that it would be a waste of both of our time as they would just fall out. I was also told that because of this incident they were going to move to UV lashes in the near future and to return in a few weeks. A month has passed and they are now informing me they have no intention of doing UV lashes. I asked for a refund or free service and was only offered a 15% discount on a new set. This is very discouraging and terrible customer service who pays $110 plus tip for a full set of lashes that falls out in eight hours and then is offered 15% discount in it's place?
