She is very knowlegable about the procedures they have to offer, along with the products they sale. i have been to a previous med spa for a photofacial and microdermabrasion and i felt like all they wanted to do is take my money and tell me i need other procedures as well. so i left upset in tears. i did some more searching and came across derma spa and made an appt for a consultation. Let me say that after my appointment with victotia. i walked w out of there with tears of joy excited to start a procedure that is dedigned PERSONALLY FOR ME! I found Derma Spa through Groupon about a year ago. I had been wanting to try laser hair removal for a while, but I'd never had a good reason. The price was very fair for 6 laser treatments. When we scheduled my first session, the technician walked me through each step of the process. She told me what to expect during and after the treatments, and she gave me some helpful skin numbing products to take the initial sting out. To be fair, it did sting quite a bit, but as she explained, "You are lasering your skin." After only 2 treatment I could see a huge difference. I was so satisfied after all 6, I decided to do a second area. I'm finishing my last treatment in two weeks, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I found this company through Groupon for my laser hair removal as well. My experience has been great so far. The lady that has been taking care of me is phenomenal! She really takes care of people. She is very gentle and makes the procedure be as uncomfortable as possible. I'm still at school and live in Dallas, so my schedule is pretty hectic and she has done her best to make the scheduling as flexible as possible for me. We schedule through text messages and reschedule as needed. I wouldn't have been able to it without this flexibility. You get a text before your appointment to be reminded..its very convenient! The facility is clean, state of the art and cozy. My treatments have been working really well, less and less hair every time! I love this clinic and the service Ive been getting! Although these other reviews are older,they surprise me. I have had an excellent experience doing business with this Spa. I received laser vein treatments and a facial there through Groupons in 2012 and am back again this year for more of the same. Victoria is friendly and caring, has always sent an appointment reminder and been ready promptly when I arrive. It's a small space and she doesn't overlap cllients. One other patron there when I was had a great experience receiving a facial also. Yes, I had to wash the mask off myself, but can't see how it could have been removed any other way! The facial felt wonderful and my skin glowed all day! The laser treatments were quite successful after injections hadn't been. The ONLY problem with this experience could be the parking and that's not much to complain about!! read more

I have had nothing but a WONDERFUL experience here! The technician is very attentive, knowledgeable, and will go out of her way to schedule an appointment time for you. I have seen her interact with other customers and she is equally as attentive, professional and friendly. I have only done the lasering--both my legs and arms--so I cant speak for the other treatments, but I have never had any issues, any significant pain, or reactions afterwards. I received a group on initially for arm hair removal, but had such a good experience, decided to continue to do hair removal for my legs. I highly recommend this laser clinic...I have had a great experience! I had laser hair removal for my underarms years ago and never went back after the second treatment because the pain was just too intense. Desperate to get this done again I decided to try out another place. I found Derma Spa through Groupon and it seemed like a great deal! My first session with Victoria was very informative! i LOVE derma spa clinic. Victoria is amazing with the microdermabrasion treatments. I have seen major improvements in my skin; my mother and I visit her weekly for microderm/peel treatments, and our skin looks great! Very effective laser hair removal treatments. It is a bit painful, but not intolerable. If it is intolerable, you should say something because she by no means wants to burn you!! The staff is always gracious, friendly, and helpful. I have gotten laser treatments on my underarms and my bikini line. I occasionally need touch up treatments on my underarms (it has been two years since I first had treatments), but I have had better success with my bikini line. I have always enjoyed my experience. It's easy to get an appointment, and the staff is very friendly. I have known others who have gotten laser treatments elsewhere and have not been as happy with their results as I have been with mine. read more

This place is great! I have gotten laser treatments before (at Smooth Solutions) and was a little nervous about having my bikini done. I just got the 4th treatment and so far it is nowhere near as painful as my underarm treatments at Smooth Solutions. I would recommend this place to anyone. The lasers seem to be getting rid of more hair faster than the other place too. I think DermaSpa's lasers must be better to be less painful and more effective. read more
