I requested a quote to have my front door and French door fixed and sent over some photos. Having a background in both structural engineering and construction, I knew this would be a bit of a challenging fix. Unlike other vendors I reached out to for a quote where I sent photos and was provided an estimate without a site visit, D'Mitri and team were transparent and said they couldn't make a detailed assessment based on the photos so sent someone out to visit. Once on site, the technician evaluated the issue, took photos, and was upfront in acknowledging this was a complex issue that he wasn't able to handle, but would discuss with the team. They determined that this was out of their area of expertise. What I really valued was 1) prompt and clear communication - they left email, texts, and calls to make sure I was informed and 2) they knew their limits. I've had too many poor experiences of contractors who say they're able to do a job only to realize they're in over their heads once they start the project and are asking for additional funds because their estimates were way off. While I can't speak to the quality of work, they left a great impression on me and will be keeping them on the books in case I need another home repair.

A few days later, he sent me a detailed quote for the project, along with some options and alternatives as I had requested. The quotes were very detailed, and described exactly what he'll do to professionally do the work. The details even got a tick mark from AI saying that the work will be done exactly how it should be. I changed my mind and decided to delay the project for the time being, so didnt really get to see Pedro's actual work. But full points from me for the communication, responsiveness, details and professionalism. I'll definitely reach out to him again in the future.

Their communication and overall quoting process were great, and they seemed to really know their stuff. Their pricing was also fair and reasonable. I was looking to fix a leaning fence. Super-Builders was really responsive and came by a couple days later to evaluate and quote the project. They even offered an option for me to consider that was a little more expensive but would result in a longer lasting fix. Why didn't I use them you ask? I am figuring out a fence repair with a landlord next door who hasn't been the easiest to work with. In spite of this, Super-Builders was very patient and even worked through different quote options. My only regret is that I wish I could have moved forward with them, but my landlord/neighbor wore me down, so we're going with his "handyman" approach which I know I will regret. I have no doubt I would have loved Super-Builders' work had circumstances worked out on my end. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. I know you won't regret it.
