Another disaster calling for Rosini Furniture to the rescue…read more I own a beautiful Chippendale-style dining room set that's about 80 years old. I adore the furniture and really try to take good care of it. Unfortunately, not once but TWICE a dear neighbor who was over for drinks broke off a carved piece from the back of a chair. He's not hefty; his physique just happens to apply pressure at just the wrong point . Anyway, he was surprised at my calm while assessing the damage. I explained that normally I'd need smelling salts, but I knew an expert craftsman who would repair the chair so well no one would ever know it had broken. I've used Rosini Furniture since 2018 and will NEVER go elsewhere. John is an artist. He has incredibly high standards for the work performed by his shop and it's evident in everything he does. I've written several other reviews that describe extensive work he's performed on my vintage furniture. Please take a look if you have time ... it may help convince you your furniture will be in the best hands possible because John is both highly talented and knowledgeable. P.S. My neighbor's being downgraded to a folding chair from now on

Recently we noticed that the cushions on two chairs that they restored decades ago were not holding up. We took them in and, a week later had cushions stuffed with new feathers that exactly match the colors of the rest of the chairs. Also one of the chairs had a bolt sticking out more than an inch. As part of the deal, Mike, the owner, visited our house and snipped the metal part off. When we need something done to our furniture, we don't have to make tough choices.

I went by there over the Memorial Day weekend, and my car was sitting outside the place was closed and the car was never touched. I had to go home and get my spare key and took my car home. James was open yesterday and never called to check with me as to where the car was. For all he knew it could have been stolen. I would never recommend or return to his shop he is the most unprofessional business owner I ever met. He has a $500.00 deposit from me and never touched the car.

I measured & took pictures of the damaged table and reached out to three different furniture repair shops. While the two others quoted a price range, Furniture Medic was the only one that offered a specific quote to the dollar, including pick-up & delivery. The quote was just shy of middle of the others' ranges', so I went with them. So glad I did! It took nearly 2 months for the repairs to be completed, but I was advised by this upfront. Joy C. arranged for pick-up, professionally communicated status updates, and cared for delivery logistics. And the coffee table looks fantastic. It is *better* than new!

Furniture Medic sent a representative to take measurements and give me an estimate. The scheduling coordinator and I chose a date and two specialists came to complete the job in my home. I'd recommend Furniture Medic without any hesitation. Their fee might be slightly higher than other repair shops but their work is perfection and I would trust them with museum quality antiques.
