My favorite holiday cookie is gingerbread, so was very excited there is a whole shop dedicated to it! It's like Christmas all year to me! The moment you walk in you are greeted by the cutest "gingerbread house" with gingerbread houses adoring the opposite wall that leads into the shop. From there, there are many assortments of pastries cookies and even coffee for you to choose from! My favorite is always the original! Definitely worth a visit when coming to Leavenworth!

There was a short line when we got there but it moved fast and they were staffed well to handle it. I got a gluten free bagel and it was fantastic. Perhaps one of the best I've had. They are generous with toppings and serve both breakfast and lunch style. I went with a classic lox bagel and it was so so good. Super quick to get the bagels and they were delicious and filling. I added egg to mine and it was no problem. They also offer vegan bagels and spreads, in addition to the gluten free bagel options , so any of their offerings can be modified to be dairy free and or gluten free. They had two small tables but it's a busy spot, so I'd plan to get these to go. They are pretty easy to transport and wrapped well. Grab some napkins and eat them somewhere gorgeous! Will definitely be back, and might try to recreate some of these menu items at home-yum! Kind staff and some street parking out front- no harder than the rest of town. Remember to register for parking even in the free 15 min because there are patrols out a lot.

Located on front street, this brewery is a must when you visit the area. What Ioved - Great beers- Dirty face amber and Akoya Japanese rice lager Delicious food- The tomato bisque and grill cheese was amazing! Not to mention the warm Bavarian pretzel with beecher's cheese sauce was the best! Lots of seating and cool decor in the brewery. Friendly bartenders and servers Pet friendly establishment Events throughout the week- Be sure to ask your bartender for the events at the brewery throughout the week. I typically go for the Alpenhaze but the server recommended the seasonal Enchantments Jabberwocky and it was delicious. Pretzel was decent but I think there are better ones in town. Next time I will order an extra side of cheese sauce, I didn't have enough but didn't want to get up to order more. Such a spacious location with seating outside looking at the main street or inside, upstairs is super cute too. Super friendly crew and fun merch and to-go beers in the fridge.

The meats were a generous portion, a warning, the M&C was huge and delicious. The meal was hot and served within 15 minutes. Although the pork was very good, the brisket was fantastic. Haven't had that good of smoked brisket since we were in Houston, TX last year. Turns out the owners, the husband is the chef, are from Texas. All their desserts; cakes, pies, danishes and cookies are made in-house. We shared a large slice of Cherry Pie, just excellent. We will definitely return and try the smoked ribs !
