He commented multiple times that they would be able to sell their property for hundreds of thousands of dollars and downsize to a smaller home. This was completely inappropriate, especially given that he was only there for the purposes of moving furniture. He also promised that he would come back to complete a job that he had been paid for, and then called later asking for additional money. When told that they would not be having him back to finish moving the furniture for an increased fee, he told my three 80-year-old relatives "good luck with moving the furniture ladies." He asked me for a link on the laws and so I gave him it. Pretty easy to google what licensing and insurance is required to be a moving company so pretty weak excuse. If you don't have the proper license your company is uninsured and isn't operating legally. So Sad.
