They take for freaking ever. 8+ people waiting and 1 person helping people for dmv items. There was a second but they had to go to lunch and the other was in a meeting. So we stacked in waiting room! Absolute horrible experience waited in line for 20 minutes then come to find out because of the transition we were asking for the other people are not AAA members yet I am a member and my wife and entire family are were told they could not do it when I asked at the very front desk It was no problem. I will be canceling my membership and regret paying the last 15 years here never again. Went to this location and was disappointed. I had to wait an hour just to speak with an agent and they weren't even busy. I was the only one there who asked to speak with an agent for a quote. After waiting so long the agent I spoke with was Melissa Guerrero and she was just rude and very unpleasant to work with. I would not recommend this location or agent! read more

DMV has become such a joke. I would not recommend it to anyone anymore. It is so sad because this has been around for so long. They recently changed their program to where you could not have more than five people on your family plan no matter how much extra you paid every month. They told us all that we would all be able to still have the same plan premium as my mom has had for 30 years. We just had to get our own account. I was supposed to have till the 24th for this. I just went to reinstate my tag and they refuse to let me do that unless I pay $125 for a new plan and $85 for each of my kids which means they not only lied about promising us the same premium amount that my mother has paid into for 30 years but they also lied about the expiration date to top it off. The Manager came out and was probably the most unhelpful manager I've ever seen. I cannot believe that DMV has gone downhill. It really does make me sad because it seems like customer service has gone out the window, AAA was one of the last companies left that really cared about customer service and even they don't care anymore. Their charges are so high and I still sat on the side of the road two weeks ago waiting for a tow truck on the freeway broke down on the Grapevine for three hours and finally just had some good. Samaritan changed my spare tire so I can get to a tire station . AAA literally never showed up. I hope somebody else comes out with some sort of a company like AAA so that we can still have a good customer service back and access back to somebody protecting us more on the side of the road or being able to go to get your tax renewed without dealing with all too well wonderful DM lol read more

I was trying to tow my car because the tire popped out, the gentleman came in ten minutes to tow it and realized he could fix my tire. So he gave me some pointers and fixed my tire and saved me so much money. There was no need to tow my car at all. They appreciate my time and everything was done in 15 mins. read more

Have been AAA member for over 30 years, vehicle, homeowner's, roadside & Life insurance. AAA site indicates they offer Notary Service. After calling & being transferred to different State, I decided to just drive to this office on Herndon. The young lady (greeter) ask what she could help me with. Asked for Notary services. Sorry Notary is not available today. Ask her if she would kindly call the Clovis office on Shaw Ave. No she couldn't do that. Asked her if she could give me their phone number. Sorry, she didn't have any other AAA office phone numbers! Seriously?? What is she doing sitting in front entry? Waste of salary! Worst service ever! Loved that the DMV portion was open on Saturday. Easy parking no wait and the lady helping me was friendly fast and efficient.

The DMV office located inside this AAA office is extremely convenient! We use it for renewing our registrations and get the new sticker immediately, plus there's no worry our check or sticker will be lost in the mail. The AAA staff as well as the DMV staff are super nice and friendly, kinda the opposite of the alternative So happy this service is available. read more

Great people they are fast they know me by name when i walk it which make me feel like they are friends rather then some companie that i have to pay every month lol Also they have free coffee or hot chocolate from the coffee maker using the k-cups so it great to stop by pay your bill get some coffee for you and your passasagers and have a good day since when you talk to the people here they always give a welcoming feeling.
