Had an appointment for a tune up this week on my Florida home, even replied to the text…read moreconfirmation the evening prior. I received a call at 8:30 AM, the morning of the appointment, from a scheduling person saying she apologizes for the inconvenience, but they need to re-schedule. Normally I am a fairly easy-going person, but I just replied to the appointment confirmation the night before and had taken time off from work to be home, so I wasn't happy. But there's more - I took a breath, understanding that sometimes things happen (an employee calls out sick, etc.) and asked when they wanted to move the appointment to? The woman's response was "our next available is August 27th". I nearly flipped out on her. That was almost one month away. I was like "Are you kidding?! I had an appointment with you! " She responds (and this is priceless....) "Well if someone cancels sooner, we might be able to fit you in... ". If someone cancels? Like a person with an appointment like me?? I was without words. I had one good experience with them prior, but NEVER again. Any business that disrespects their customer's time like this is not worth your money.

In addition to cleaning all of the filters, fans, vents, pipes, drains and appliance interiors, he noticed something in need of repair which was not on the list. He ran out to the hardware store, sourced the item I needed and fixed it right then and there, no extra cost. Everything was so clean and beautiful when he finished. The before-and-after pics are soooo satisfying! I definitely recommend Full House Filter Service and will be using them in the future.

My husband thought Brian "nice". He extended an apology to me for your attitude during our earlier…read morephone interaction. Thank you for that, but I have to say, It wasn't just your attitude that bugged me, but the way you spoke mistruths that really insulted me. The first appointment we mutally agreed to cancel to make your life and mine easier that day. You were behind in your day, and I had a extremely busy one, so I agreed to reschedule for a week later. When the re-scheduled appointment was scheduled, I was out of town, BUT my husband was home waiting for you to show up. This time you called to see if we were home because you weren't going to show up for the appointment UNLESS YOU KNEW WE WERE HOME. What? Really? Who does that? Call the prior day, email, text, anything if you want to confirm but definitely not the minute your supposed to be somewhere. Since I didn't answer my phone, you took it upon yourself to try to cancel AGAIN. When I answered the second call (after 11:00-an hour past the scheduled time of 10:00)I told you my husband was expecting you an hour ago because that's what time YOU scheduled with me, and we keep our appointments. Perhaps others don't, but don't project that on me. I asked Brian to please get to my house immediatley. My husband was waiting! I was getting irritated. Brian, I know you clearly picked up on my irritation, because you told me you would have to call me back after you spoke with your "supervisor". What supervisor and for what??? You don't have a "supervisor" or "founder"-it's a partnership with your brother...unless your website is lying too and how could that have done anything? Ongoing confusion. Bottom line, you were more than an hour late, and you were blaming it on me. I'm sorry you were having a bad day. That doesn't count for mistruths and cancellations.

They did the retrofit of our heating system. Prior to the tree falling on our house the furnace was located in the attic which made servicing and repairing it a pain. We had the furnace relocated to the garage and Advanced Heating performed all of the work from designing and installing the new supply and return ducts throughout the house to installing a new furnace in the garage. The point man was Greg and he was easy to get a hold of and talk to when I had questions and needed more information about the furnace that we were having them install. They did a great job with the installation, when we fired up the furnace for the first time there were a couple of problems but they were quick to come out and take care of it. Since Advanced Heating installed the furnace I plan on having them service it. I can't speak for others but my experience with Advanced Heating has been easy and worry free. I would recommend them.

I had Zach come back to run wire and install a second fixture. Both Zach and Nick are knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. Upon installing the second light fixture Zach had to cut through not 1 but 5 sheets of drywall, it didn't look fun, but he handled it quickly, and with a lot of craftsmanship. The drywall company said he did an extremely clean job cutting out all 5 sheets of drywall. I cannot recommend One Stop Electric for all of your electrical needs!!!
