The place is disorganized. They frequently lose things in the clutter. While I was there one guy cut himself on a piece of glass, and there was a kid running around the shop area as well as the dog. I've also had bad luck getting certain things done accurately, for example the spacing of the dividers in some pieces of insulated glass I needed for a set of custom windows. The inaccuracy was about 1/8" which apparently is not something that can be improved in any way, at least not there.
