I've never posted about a laundromat, but this is definitely a business worth visiting! It is a safe and welcoming environment in the neighborhood. The laundromat was exceptionally clean. All the machines were new and functioning. And then I met the owner to realize why the laundromat was so nice is that he is so nice.

When I came back, I unloaded the dryers, but couldn't find my two comforters. Until I looked around and found them in a 4th dryer. Apparently the owner saw them rolling around in tight balls, and knew they wouldn't dry, so he unwadded them and put them in another dryer to dry--no charge. I mean, this isn't something I would ever expect to happen, or assume might happen again. But this amazing act of kindness just sealed the deal for me. These guys are forever golden in my heart. Thank you, Cozy Cleaners.

I feel confident that if we had an issue they would take care of it right away. They aren't cheap and when you have coupons, you have to use them when you drop off your clothes. They won't honor them after the fact (not sure why). We just had two rugs cleaned there. They look great, but it set us back quite a bit.

I called to let them know, and they said that they remembered it, and it was wrinkled when I brought it in. Duh! I feel that if they knew that it didn't look good, then they didn't have to charge me the entire amount, which is not cheap by the way. They could have charged half for the cleaning, but not charged for the ironing. Now that I think of it I'm not sure why I went back there because I had taken in a flotaki rug a while back, and having had it cleaned in the past I was expecting it look like it had then. However, I couldn't really tell that it had been cleaned at all. I was able to get some of the dirt out of it after bringing it back from the cleaners. So, why did I go back there? It was handy, and I was in a hurry. Not recommended.

I came in w/ a LOT of clothes (some dry cleaning, some laundry)- I am living in an extended-stay place since I am new to the area so I just needed a bunch of my clothes washed for work. Initially he said it would be three days, but after my telling him that I at least need one outfit ready in 2 days to have something to wear to work that day, he said okay, we will just have all of the clothes ready for you. Fast forward the 2 days, and I am hurrying to try to get to the store before they close at 6:30... :( I was very nervous I wouldn't be able to get my things in time and also felt guilty of course for not getting there sooner. I decided to call him and let him know I would be less than 5 minutes late but just wanted to see if I might could still get my things.. He immediately remembered me (I have a pretty distinct southern accent) and said no problem, he will wait for me to get there. Whenever I got there, I was actually pleasantly surprised at the price for how many pieces I'd gotten cleaned. And, even after staying late to wait on me, he insisted on helping carry my clothes to my car. And, the best part- no eye-rolling or judgment that I was late... just happy and helpful:) And, on top of all that- clothes were cleaned, pressed, and even didn't have all those annoying dry cleaning tags stapled/ pinned on everything. I highly recommend!!!!!:)
