When I need to do king size comforters, this is where I do them. I find the building and machines to be clean, well maintained and up to date. The attendants are always pleasant, polite and helpful. They have a great folding area and the dryers don't take an hour to dry the blankets. The prices have always been reasonable and if I had to do weekly family laundry, this is where I'd come. It's in a nice area of town and they don't allow bums and transients to stay inside the building. A problem I've had with previous laundromats I've used. I highly recommend this laundry faculty if you find yourself in need of a clean and safe space to do your laundry.

Before handing over my dress, I specifically asked the owner if he felt confident cleaning it. He assured me there would be no problem. However, when I picked up my dress, it had a strong musty odor and a visible stain on the front that wasn't there before. There are also clear signs of spot treatment that caused discoloration in the fabric. I was devastated--this dress was a meaningful gift from my mother, who made a financial sacrifice to buy it for me. I had planned to preserve it because of its deep sentimental value. When I brought these concerns to the owner, he was extremely defensive. He denied there was any issue, claimed not to smell anything, and dismissed me without taking responsibility. I even returned again to show the damage more clearly, but he refused to acknowledge it or offer any resolution. This experience has left me heartbroken. I hope sharing this helps others make a more informed decision. Please think twice before trusting Mely Cleaners with anything as meaningful or delicate as a wedding dress.

But thank goodness, So Fresh So Clean Laundry helped me out! Upon returning from a vacation, my dryer went out of commission and I just needed a helping hand. It was an enormous help to find this service that picked up my 10 bags of dirty clothes, towels, sheets, comforters and wash, dried, folded, and delivered it all back to my doorstep! There was no way I could have waited on the dryer to be repaired. I have hyper sensitivity to odors and sitting at a laundromat doing the job myself was out of the question. They called her before she picked it up a week later (a week before the wedding) that there was a small rip in the underskirt from cleaning. My mom said no problem and picked it up. When we looked at it at home we noticed that the seam on the dress and train was majorly ripped and almost the entire underskirt seam was ripped. The rip was huge and needed to be repaired for the skirt and underskirt if I had any hope of wearing my dress for my wedding. This was a week before my wedding. We called them and they said they didn't have time to try and tailor it for us before my wedding and asked us to bring it by to validate the many rips we were seeing. We brought the dress back and showed the rips and the owner told us that other customers who bring stuff in and this happens don't blame her for any damage that happens. She also refused to refund us the full amount stating that she did technically clean it still. She took no accountability for the rips on my wedding dress and tried to put the blame on us for the stitching not being robust enough. Again, this is all a week before my wedding. I have never had an item damaged so extremely at a cleaners before and then been told it was my fault for the damage. For a place that is supposed to preserve wedding dresses and serves a small town I would have expected better service and customer service. At the end of this experience she told us to bring other clothes still for cleaning with them, which I will never be doing.

I recently gave her a pretty old electric blanket to wash, not expecting much (really, it was old) but it came back great. No further wear and it looked great as far as cleanliness and condition. My wife also had her down coat cleaned there and it came back like new! All stains came out and it also seemed to restore some fluff to it as well. I also opt to go there as they are about half the price of the cleaners here in evergreen near us. I've never put a rush on anything there, not sure how that works/costs but things take the standard 3-4 days to be ready. It's a place I'd recommend to my family. I'm sure there are other ones out there but why would I chance it?
