Awesome tour with David. We hit up four local breweries in the area. David was extremely knowledgeable and gave me some great recommendations for follow on breweries after the tour. The tour has 2-3 small samples of each breweries standard intro beers. You are not going to try anything too adventurous with the beer selection unless you purchase it on your own. You will stay at each location for about 30-40 minutes. A separate high five to David for his ability to wrangle all the cats in the smoothest way ever. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting a introduction to the Denver scene. read more

Liz is a true gem, and this person needs a damn raise. she was such a great tour guide. she brought a local flare to the tour, was engaging, down to earth and made the tour exciting. i can not praise her and the tour of the RINO& Grafitti tour enough. Roughly 3 hours, with 4 or 5 breweries within a few blocks radius - you will get very toasty. you will sample plenty of beers, some whole pints, some tasters, and some flights. I loved learning about the art and artists while waving our way through this neighborhood. the murals look beautiful, but to receive and learn behind the scenes facts about the art is whats the real secret. wear comfortable shoes, come thirsty, and bring cash to tip Liz well. read more

We did the LoDo walking tour and it was absolutely fantastic! We hit four breweries and our guide was nothing short of fantastic! I'm from the pacific NW so we have some very good beer where I'm from, however it was awesome to learn the history and process of beer and its influence on the city of Denver. It happened to be an absolutely beautiful day in November, so that only added to this incredible experience! What's always neat about these types of tours is you get to meet people from all over. We started out kind of in our own separate groups, but by the second brewery everyone had become friends! Even more impressive, our guide had learned all of our names (there were over twenty people). I had a great time and would certainly recommend this tour. It wasn't just about drinking beer (although you got plenty of that...). It was so interesting being able to go into an actual brewery and see their process in the back rooms and learn about the evolution of microbreweries from the ground up. It was also a neat way to walk and see some really interesting parts of the city. If you have the time, I'd highly recommend this! read more

I'm not the first or the last to say it's been a wild year, and that many of us are exhausted. On top of that, I can't imagine the stress of being in the restaurant and hospitality industry during this turbulent time. That all said, the Denver Microbrew Tour was truly one of the highlights of my year, if not one of my favorite "tourist" experiences ever in any city. But don't fret; this doesn't feel like any old corny tourist tour. A couple friends met in Denver to help celebrate our friend's bachelorette, and we stumbled upon this activity and thought it would be a fun little thing to do. Little did we know that it would turn into the highlight of our entire trip, as we learned a great deal about history, beer making, Denver as a whole, and really everything in between. However, our tour would not have been as amazing without our guide, Hunter, who so carefully and thoughtfully answered all of our questions, and took the time to get to know each and every one of us. It really made the tour feel personable, and not like a corny demonstration. The tour consists of walking from 3 to 4 breweries (and tasting 7-9 beers) in the RiNo (artsy, graffiti-laden) area of Denver. I'd say we walked about a mile and a half total, so if you have mobility issues or trouble walking longer distances, I'd ask about other accommodations as we got a good little workout in between stops. In between visits, you are treated to a bit of history about the area and the culture. The beer was delicious, we were very much encouraged to try new things, and I'll surely recommend this excursion to anyone visiting (or living!) in Denver, as it was such a special and fun time. COVID precautions were set by the breweries mostly, and you and your group must wear masks between stops on all public sidewalks per the Denver city mask mandate. read more

The Denver Microbrew tour was an amazing introduction to the RiNo/Denver Microbrew scene. The website really does downplay the overall experience that you'll have. Our guide Hunter was the absolute best, he was friendly, passionate, full of knowledge, full of laughs and just a joy to have as a guide. I really enjoyed taking a stroll through the RiNo arts district, see the work of local artists, try out some amazing beer along the way and learn a bit of history about each brewery that we visited. I really appreciated that Hunter selected beer for us to try with intention, he selected beers that I normally wouldn't go for. I got out of my comfort zone and I found some new favorites! I'm still a sucker for sours though. Overall, 10/10 would recommend! I'll be back for another tour on my next Denver visit. Do yourself a favor and book this tour! You won't regret it. read more

We were slated to take the Low Downtown tour on Saturday but our flight was delayed I let the guys at DMBT know and I immediately got Email From Steve, the owner letting me know he would make it happen for Sunday. We went to Ri No ( River North ) Your T 12:15 on Sunday with Hunter.. Went to 4 breweries which Hunter, who is a True Beer Guy ,explained in depth why these Breweries raised the Bar for him .. This review is for the LoDo Microbrew Tour with Ethan. Denver is known for its craft beer, so taking a tour is a must if you love trying the local brews. I didn't recognize any brewery on the list, but each one was fantastic! The tour includes 2-3 tastings at each of the five breweries, so be prepared to drink and come with a full belly or you might have a hard time (the altitude makes those beers even more potent!). The pitchers always had a bit more beer in them, so we truly got about two tastings of each beer! At each stop you also get the history of the brewery and anything sort of unique about the beer. You also get to rate each beer on a score card--which is great for remembering later which beers you need to take home with you! Our tour guide, Ethan, was the perfect combination of knowledgeable, funny, and fun. He hung out with us for a bit after the tour and made further food and beer recommendations. As a solo traveler, I loved the vibe of our group and even ended up making some friends--we did our own tipsy tour afterwards on Ethan's recs and had a blast. I will definitely suggest this tour to anyone who loves craft beer. I'm planning on doing it again the next time I'm in town! read more

My wife and I did the LoDo microbrew tour with Paul. Denver is known for its craft beer and I can see why. All of the beers so really good and I like that there was a huge variety at the 4 breweries we went to. It wasn't just IPAs or Lagers. There were really nice Stouts, Pale Ales, and just a huge variety. Also Paul was super knowledgeable about the area, it's history, the beer making process, and basically anything else beer related we wanted to know. A last minute decision made our Denver weekend an amazing adventure! The RiNo beer and street art tour was in an amazing neighborhood that we never would have found or appreciated on our own. We started off at Bier Stadt and met Hunter our guide. The amazing Dunkle and slow pour pils were just an amazing enhancement to the historical processes and equipment this brewer embraces as a husband and wife brewmasters. We next headed to the neighborhood with a colorful and amazing history of street art and Crushfest! We hit up a ciderery, Stem, and wrapped up with O'Dell and Ratio breweries, each with their own styles of tasty beer and amazing, thought provoking art work. Definitely recommend this tour as a way to try tons of Denver beers! We did the RiNo district tour on a Sunday. The tour was a good size--about 15-20 people, making it easy to hear Bryce and get seated quickly. We tried 3 different beers at each place, which is more than I had originally thought! Bryce did a (very informative) overview of the process at the first brewery. He's insanely knowledgeable about beer and you can tell he loves what he does. I picked the RiNo tour for the murals and artsy factor, but I do wish there was more. We walked through parking lots often to get to our next location, so I felt like we didn't get a great sense of the neighborhood. Definitely did see some pretty cool murals though. Overall--great tour, and I'd definitely recommend it (and Bryce) if you're looking for something fun in the area! Great for locals and visitors. read more

From planning to execution, DMT was outstanding. Brian and Lee accommodated and helped me game plan for our night. Communication was spot on and you're never left guessing. Josh was our tour guide and driver. I was able to text him the day of to finalize plans and nail down timelines. Very laidback and professional. We got to see the upscale New Belgium taps at The Woods (amazing sunset views... started the night off perfectly). Then we hit up Diebolt and then ended at Little Machine. Never did we feel rushed. The group enjoyed that, I have to say. 5 stars for funny. Early in the tour, at the deafening chain Rock Bottom, Bryce walked away during my intro, then loudly called out my full name to the whole group. Just don't. And also don't mock a negative review that appears on Yelp/TA where the woman called you an arrogant young man. The samples are plentiful, so no issue there, though there was not one beer that I would order again--and it seemed the guide was not enthusiastic about the offerings (even saying so in front of the brewers at one place). read more
