They were in a rush and they were rough with the furniture. After spending $4,000 on a couch the last thing you want is people that don't speak your language throwing it around. I purchased a mattress and adjustable frame from Bob Mills in March 2019 for approximately $7,500…read more This was a major purchase for our family, and we spent that much because I already had lower-back issues and wanted a high-quality mattress with reliable long-term support. The 15-year warranty was a significant part of the sales pitch and our decision to buy. After about five years, the mattress developed a noticeable depression. My side measures approximately 1.25 inches, and my wife's side is approximately half an inch. This is not just cosmetic. I can plainly feel the depression while sleeping, it affects the support of the mattress, and it aggravates my lower back throughout the night. Bob Mills submitted the claim to the manufacturer, and it was denied because the impression did not meet the manufacturer's 1.5-inch threshold. In other words, the mattress can have a deep, uncomfortable body impression that materially affects its support, but they expect the customer to continue sleeping on it until it gets even worse. I was never told at the time of purchase that a mattress could become noticeably unsupportive and still not qualify for warranty assistance unless the depression reached 1.5 inches. Had that been clearly explained, it absolutely would have affected our decision to spend this much money. I then opened a second ticket and requested escalation, a copy of the warranty, the manufacturer's findings, the measurement procedure, and information about an in-person inspection or another reasonable accommodation. That request was ignored. For a family that does not have unlimited money, $7,500 was a serious investment. We bought a premium product because we expected premium quality and meaningful protection. Based on my experience, the 15-year warranty has provided very little practical value. The mattress is already causing a real problem, but because it is approximately one-quarter inch below the threshold, Bob Mills and the manufacturer have offered no meaningful help. I am sharing this so future customers understand what the warranty may actually mean in practice. Before purchasing, ask for the full written warranty, ask specifically about the 1.5-inch requirement, and understand that a mattress may become uncomfortable and unsupportive long before it qualifies for replacement.

It was comfy in the store, but I asked him, "If this feels different at home, what do I do?" and he said, "Then you know where to find me!" Sure enough, once they delivered it, I felt like I was lying on a completely different bed. It was hard as a rock. The display bed had a regular bed frame and box springs, but when they delivered what was supposed to be the exact same mattress, frame, and box springs, it was far higher than the display. I had to climb up into it, but the one in the store was much lower. I thought that was odd, but I still hoped it would be a great bed. It was not and has not been. Yes, I knew where to find him, and he told me then that all sales were final. Should have told me that when I asked what I'd do if I got it home and didn't like it instead of saying, "Then you know where to find me," as if he would remedy the situation. All he said was to give it time to break it in. Well, it hasn't even been five months, and it's broken in alright. It's sagging in the middle exactly like my last mattress was (but I'd had that one for many years), so I'm stuck with the exact same problem, and I haven't even gotten the bed half paid off yet. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! I deeply regret going to D&D.

Waited 2 weeks for them to deliver it just to get it in our house and hate it! It wasn't anything like the bed we laid on in the store. We purchased the king i10 bed and the flex for 3 after being miserable in the bed for a week and a half I wanted to return it. Called and they stated I had to try it for 30 days. Nothing was said about that to us at the store nor could I get a call back from anyone at the store. I finally get a customer service manager to schedule a pick up and he makes us wait 2 more weeks. Also tell me I will not be refunded the $199 for delivery and it will cost me another $199 to have it picked up. So as the two weeks ticked on I have been waiting for a check that now they tell me won't come until 2 weeks later. Who returns things and doesn't receive a refund when the item is picked up or returned? Sleep number they work as slowly as possible. I also had purchased a mattress pad and sheets that I no longer needed since we didn't have the split top mattress so for those items I exchanged through the phone and again they sent the wrong comforter and still haven't recieved the sheets! I went into the Soncy store and I talked to a sales lady about my couch. She said customer support would be reaching out in two to three days to talk to me. Customer service is so rude and sarcastic when he called me to talk to me about my complaint with the quality of my couch. I didn't buy a five year warranty and my couch is three years and eleven months old. The customer service rep said it was eleven months past the three year warranty and they won't fix it. I thought I was buying a quality made couch which I'm seeing it's not. My mom has always sat in the middle seat as it's a three seater and her weight is what I think caused this to ruin springs or the casing. The customer service rep said it may be the springs need to be replaced or the couch cushion casing is damaged with wear and tear. I am so disappointed with Havertys because they never told me there was a weight limit on the couch cushions. I am not asking for a couch replacement but I would like Havertys to fix my couch because it didn't have any support in the middle seat underneath to support someone sitting in the middle. If they don't fix my couch I won't ever buy from there company again and I won't recommend them to anyone either. I am writing in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to let them know so maybe Havertys will fix my couch and make it right. If you buy anything from this company, but the highest year warranty they have because this company doesn't make or sell long lasting furniture, and you will be fixing quality repairs that shouldn't have broken. Buyers beware. I won't ever spend my money at this company. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
