I gave them my name in the Queue and they said since it would be more than an hour, they would call or text me when it was my turn. I was fine with that. I never heard from them. Nothing. Nada. No text or call. I tried calling their store on Saturday but no one answered (I'm assuming because they were so busy)! Well, I called them Tuesday during the workday. The man Andrew answered and helped me by answering my questions, and telling me their in-store promotions. He told me he couldn't guarantee if they stocked the device I was wanting so he'd check in the back and I just needed to call back in 10 mins. I did. I waited even longer but he let me know they had the device! I was excited! I told him I'd be in this evening, and could he put my name in the Queue? He asked my name. We hung up after I told him I'd see them soon. I rolled up to the store 45 minutes later. I waited a good 10 minutes before they came to greet me, because they were busy (there were 3 representatives and about 8 or 9 total customers, because I counted). The T-Mobile representative Javier came up to me with the iPad. I recognized him as the one who helped me on Saturday. He asked my name and I explained me coming on Saturday, never being contacted back, and my conversation today with Andrew. He apologized that they didn't get back to me on Saturday and told me he'd put me in the Queue this evening. He was very clear to show me the 62 minute wait, because of the long list of folks ahead of me. It seemed as if he wanted to dissuade my decision to stay. I told him I wanted to get the device tonight, and didn't want to leave because if they didn't call or text me Saturday then I didn't know if they'd actually text/call me this evening. I stayed and the wait turned out to be much shorter. Seems like all the customers in the Queue is an illusion because every time they'd call their name, the customers weren't in the store. I did hear them call two customers and ask if they wanted to be helped. Needless to say, I was helped in store within 30 minutes-- not 62 minutes. I'm thankful I was patient because I was really wanting a specific device. The customer service is lacking at this store, when it comes to wait times. (I only wish the old Queue system worked where Sprint could let you sign-up online and they actually text you when it's your turn!) The representatives here are helpful, when you have their undivided attention. My appointment turned around because I was helped efficiently and out of the store in 55 minutes tops! A manager saw me and found one for me to use, even talked to my daughter getting her to smile as she helped me find the rest of what i needed. These guys are great. I have been in A LOT lately with all the spring projects going on, and my wife trying to get me to start a business that requires a lot of tools, and these folks are always helpful and going above and beyond. My Dad and I even got my brother convinced on their tools when he wouldn't buy anything but the biggest name brands. That's fine, and they may last a little while longer, but why when they are 3-4 times the price? Now, i haven't had a Harbor Freight tool go down on me but once, and they stood behind it and replaced it no questions and no charge! (Torque wrench). They had their Tent Sale a few weeks ago, and open box items were HEAVILY discounted, and only had a 5 day return policy, i haven't needed it. Those tools were just as good as brand new. I've actually built a shoe rack in my master closet and i am over halfway done with an 8' farmhouse dining room table and no issues. They have seen fairly heavy use over that time and I've had no issues whatsoever. But, if i ever do, i could buy 3 or 4 at the cost of the bigger guys! I can't say enough good things about this store, or Harbor Freight tools. They just are the best.

This all started The first of December when we ordered custom Bassett couches. Our sales lady, Sandy, was very sweet and helpful and helped us to find what we wanted. We placed our order knowing it would be 6-8 weeks until we got the couches. When the time arrived, at the very end of 8 weeks, one of the couches was not correct. The delivery guys were very sweet and called the store for us and we talked to Sandy again about the couch and she was very sweet and apologized and said they would get the right couch ordered and for us to keep the "wrong" couch until the right one came in. So we thought everything was ok. We then received a request to send pictures of the couch so they could send them to Bassett. I did so. I sent them to a phone number I was given by Sandy. When I sent the pictures, the woman who owned the phone, which come to find out is supposedly the "store manager" argued with me on what was wrong and what we had ordered. Regardless of what she tried to tell me, the couch was wrong; 3 cusions instead of 2, the wrong throw pillows, wrong legs and wrong arms, from what we said we wanted when we placed the order in the beginning. This woman, who still to this day wouldn't say her name, argued and argued with me, the whole time I was nice to her, but very stern about the fact that we paid a lot of money for these couches and just wanted the right ones. She finally said she would order the "right" couch and it would be another 6 weeks. Fast forward another full 6 weeks, the same sweet delivery guys brought the couch and it was the correct one. The store failed to tell them we paid for the spray protectant, so they were nice enough to come back after their last delivery and spray it for us. We thought that was it, we got the two couches we originally wanted. Well, today, we get a bill in the mail from Charlie's for $150. It didn't say what it was for, it just said we owed the money. My husband called the store to insure about the bill. The same hateful woman answered the phone, that I had talked to when sending pictures, when she heard my husband say who he was and ask why we got a bill, she said, "Well, y'all ordered a couch and your wife didn't like what she ordered so we had to order another one, and that is the price difference!" And my husband said, no the couch we got was not what we ordered.... AND THE WOMAN JUST HUNG UP ON MY HUSBAND!!! Like a child! So he called back and asked to speak to a manager, she said she was the manager and she was "not going to argue". My husband was very nice, and tried to explain to her that hanging up was uncalled for and all he wanted to do was to clear things up. She continued to raise her voice and say she "didn't care" and called at him, "don't pay the bill, I don't care, tear it up if you want!" And that was the end of the conversation. This woman who is supposed to be the Manager of a well known company in Amarillo, argued, yelled, hung up on, and treated us very poorly for no reason. There is no business that should ever employ someone like this, and no customer that should ever have to endure this, especially when spending as much money as we did at their store. Needless to say, beware of the "store manager" whatever her name may be, and save yourself some time, money, and stress. Go somewhere else.

It seemed to have a good selection of various items and appeared clean and well-organized. I found the cough drop section but they didn't have the licorice flavored ones I've grown fond of. I bought some cherry ones instead. I came across some purple mesh tote bags that looked handy so I bought one of those to try out. I had been checking various stores for a pad of blank paper that might be thick enough to use for practice painting and hadn't found anything suitable but they had a pad that looked like what I had in mind so I got that too. Add in a cheap quality lei with lavender flowers I can use for crafting and a silver nail polish. Spent a whopping $5 and left with what I needed. I couldn't do a check in because there was no listing for this location so I created this one. I took a photo before I left the parking lot, too. I sent the information off to Yelp today. We'll see how long it takes them to post the listing. Hopefully not long at all.
