Tried to use again recently with 2 large containers of girl clothes shoes boy clothes and shoes and the had the audacity to offer $9.55. This place has become very overpriced on their used items, they're used items are really worn down (especially boys clothes). Their sister franchise of Plato's closet is even worse. They were selling used scarves for $20 , i went to the mall and bought a brand new one for $9.

I shop here because they have good quality clothes, amazing sales and deals, and their clearance…read moresales make my heart flutter with excitement. When I shop here, I have to mentally prepare myself for the chaos and extremely long lines. I'm not the only one whose heart flutters at the sight of a sale. Customers act like it's a free for all and just throw the recently folded clothes around to find their size. It's anarchy inside of this Old Navy. This type of chaos clearly leads to high turnover because they cashiers are always new and have no idea what they are doing. They clearly lack training and are just thrown to the lions (customers) with minimal training. I would feel kind of bad for them, but the last two cashiers I interacted with were rude and lacked the humility you need when you work in customer service. They were rude and then had the audacity to beg me to sign up for a credit card. Um, how about you're nice to me first and then ask me to apply for a credit card. Regardless, I still shop here because you can't really beat the sales when they have them. Sometimes, the adrenaline rush I get from running around the Old Navy mosh pit and getting "accidentally" elbowed by a Mom and her three kids is the kind of excitement I need before I go for a jog.

The ladies are very nice and helpful. It is not a huge store but everything in it is either new or like-new. Nothing shabby here. They have toys and furniture and Equipment as well as clothing. If you have a little one on the way or little ones already here it's worth checking this place out, especially if you like quality.

The clothing sections are divided by the accessories. In the back there are beds/cribs and other infant/baby equipment (sit me up, high chair, floor mat, strollers etc.) There are plenty of books and toys displayed. The shoes are again displayed by gender, then sizes. Sometimes they even have dance shoes! They buy items from a specific list so they can keep their inventory looking fresh and have quality items. The store is constantly changing with new items and events. I truly enjoy coming here. There is a play area for the kids to play in while the parents shop. If the kids want to shop there is even a shopping cart for them too. Pro - new inventory daily - plenty of parking
