Sadly we didn't see the negative reviews until we came here to leave our own. When we showed up…read morethey told us that their system wasn't working and they weren't aware that we were here for an appointment for a custom wedding tuxedo and so they didn't have the right people on staff to help service us. They have a teenage boy working the floor who didn't know what a two piece vs three piece was and couldn't answer a singular definitive question. The rest of the staff was also telling us that they were new and could not help because they didn't know anything. I'm just a little bit lost as to how they do training or what is the point of having people work the store? Why not just order online if we can't get help? I think they just didn't know how to work the system and instead of calling us, they let us show up and do nothing. Waste of time.
