My family really likes Kohls. The fact that they have brand-name items in every size imaginable is a plus for a big family. I can't say it's the cleanest place in the world. But we will continue to go there. They always have great sales and great coupons. It's sad that many of these are closing in our country. The only problem with this place is we always spend too much money. read more

I went to Kohl's today and I want to say that my experience was terrific. A service representative named Jessica front counter. Was fantastic. Thank you Jessica read more

I went to the Sephora part at Kohls and the employee refused to check me out because I did not have a number or email. She said that it would count against her. She was a heavy-set bleach blonde women. Must be nice to turn away business like that. There was another employee there that just shook their head. Worst experience. read more

Kohl's is okay. I had good luck finding some real pretty bras that fit for an excellent price at another location in another state but I never seem to find anything I can use in this Kohl's store . Well, I shouldn't say anything. I was in there window shopping one day and on the way out I saw a pretty tie-dyed face cover to add to my collection and a couple of Godiva peppermint chocolate candy bars on sale because it was after Christmas. And they have a nice bathroom to use while you're in there. But when I've gone in there for something specific I don't seem to find what I'm looking for. It is laid out nicely and always looks organized and clean. And once when I went in there I was able to return an item I bought on Amazon thanks to them sponsoring a counter where they accept returns. They even box it up for you so all you have to do is take the item in and show them the code number on your phone. That was a very nice service they offer. And the clerks don't hover over you which is nice. I'm kind of independent when I go in a store. I just like to look around and see what I find and I'm not usually after anything in particular. When I drive through the shopping center I always see lots of people leaving with bags of merchandise so I guess it's just not my style. read more

i am closing my khols account right now! i went to this store khols at soncy road in amarillo, tx to use my 30% discount. i saw this old display hand blender for sale. it was beat up and looks old display. i am hoping for some additional discount for the condition, so i decided to go to the customer service. i asked the person behind the counter, "maybe you can give me additional discount for the condition?" then david their store manager said, "maybe you can go to flea-market..." and he walked away... i decided to buy it anyway because i like this old model's style. at the check-out the cashier told me i cannot use my 30% coupon for this because it is considered high end item. i paid the price anyway since i really like it. upon exiting i saw the store manager david at the exit. i asked him not to say those kind of words to their customers, he replied "i apologized i was just messing with you" messing with me? i was not! you never know what their customers going through because of this pandemic that's why they are asking for some discount. that comment of khol's store manager was insensitive, unprofessional and inappropriate, un-necessary. he could've just said, "i'm sorry that's already discounted we cannot do more discount" or "let me see what i can do for you?" i bought 5 seiko watches and other stuff from this store and spend more $2,000 for the past few months. they are losing my business, walmart has better customer service than these people here! maybe this store manager david earns so much money already, not like the people who got affected with the pandic, that's why he cannot relate with his customers and he can push away his customers just to go to flea-market if they ask for discount due to the item's condition? read more

I am a devoted Kohl's shopper, but lately this store is sorely lacking in organization and tidiness. Clothes look thrown on their displays, clearance racks are in disarray, and their dressing rooms are a disaster. I know it is hard to keep employees, but their store looks terrible these days! I like to shop in a relaxing atmosphere, but this store is stressing me out. Please do me a favor and get some people devoted to recovering the store after a busy day! read more

On Friday April 29, I went in to Khols to look at there Kurigs for my father. First, I have to say that the store did not have anything marked right . They first one we looked at one the price was 209 reg then on sale for 179.00 then when we priced checked it was 149.99 Then we had another on priced checked for us that was sitting in a stack on the floor in FRONT OF A HUGE sign saying 99.99 when the asked the sale clerk to check the price it came up as 149.99 then she got rude with us when I asked her if she was going to honor the price of 99.99 she was "NO cant you READ it's for another model. That is when I had her call for a manager. I will never shop at that place again. read more

This Kohl's is not on my favorite list. Employees range from not helpful while shopping to being obnoxious if you do not want their credit card. read more

I admit that the store was looking bad for awhile, but the store is much more organized since the new manager has taken over. Employees are more friendly and it is a lot less stressful shopping at Kohl's now! I am proud of how this store is turning around. They do need more employee's, but it would be nice if as customers when we knock somehting off the rack, we would bend over and pick it up and hang it back on the rack. You would not do this to your own home, so why do it out in public? I agree there is more work to be done, but it is getting soooo much better. Good job Jerry! read more

Horrible HORRIBLE management... spent an hour shopping for pants according to their in store sales signs. Sign clearly stated that a certain brand of pants were 60% off. When I got to the register, cashier said they were not on sale. Brought manager to the sign and she said the sign was incorrect... we verified that the exact pants were what was listed on the sign and she still would not honor it. Never met a more rude manager. Shop at kohl with my family 1-2 times weekly. WILL NEVER GO BACK. Hope fully corporate can learn to train their store managers to update their sales signs appropriately and learn how to treat customers! read more

Best place to shop at Amarillo, everyone is so friendly and nice all the time, they also have really good deals always and the biggest selection of clearance. Love shopping here read more

Last night I was in Kohls and wanted a Jr girls vest that was no where to be found on the floor!! I ask a sales associate whom said the last vest was on a manikin, it was the perfect size and I ask if I could please buy that one. She said they were not able to take clothes off the manikins only ONE girl whom was not going to be back until after Christmas!! I called the manager this morning whom confirmed that, went into telling me that those manikins are very expensive and hard to replace could be a danger if one fell to someone. I ask him "so the manikin is more important than the customer?" WOW!!!! after a long silent pause I just laughed and stated that I was disappointed in Kohls and their customer service!! read more
