Waited 2 weeks for them to deliver it just to get it in our house and hate it! It wasn't anything like the bed we laid on in the store. We purchased the king i10 bed and the flex for 3 after being miserable in the bed for a week and a half I wanted to return it. Called and they stated I had to try it for 30 days. Nothing was said about that to us at the store nor could I get a call back from anyone at the store. I finally get a customer service manager to schedule a pick up and he makes us wait 2 more weeks. Also tell me I will not be refunded the $199 for delivery and it will cost me another $199 to have it picked up. So as the two weeks ticked on I have been waiting for a check that now they tell me won't come until 2 weeks later. Who returns things and doesn't receive a refund when the item is picked up or returned? Sleep number they work as slowly as possible. I also had purchased a mattress pad and sheets that I no longer needed since we didn't have the split top mattress so for those items I exchanged through the phone and again they sent the wrong comforter and still haven't recieved the sheets! This company is a joke do not trust their return policy and their customer care!! I have again called the store multitude of times to have them tell me someone would call me back or left a message and still nothing!

Don Johnson, our sales rep, has made our furniture buying experience very successful and enjoyable. We were so undecided on two different living room groups. He worked with us and told us we had 72 hours once it was delivered to make sure that we liked it. If not, we could return and order the other one. Kish did a follow up call to see how things were going. Ultimately we ended up returning part of our order and they didn't hesitate in allowing us to do so.     Let me preface this by asking the following question, is there an option for zero stars?…read more In August 2014, we ordered desks for our new building from Havertys located on 34th and Soncy. When the desks were delivered, they were missing pivotal bolts for assembly. This hindered our establishment immensely, because we needed functional desks for our partners to reopen for business. Bolts were supposed to be FedExed to us, but we did not receive said bolts until January, 2015. We also ordered a bed for our home from the same Havertys located on 34th and Soncy. We were guaranteed delivery on January 5, 2015, anywhere from 9:30 to 11:30 AM. We waited for delivery and received a phone call on January 5, 2015 at 11:15 AM stating that our order had been rescheduled to the following day, January 6, 2015 during the same time window, 9:30 to 11:30 AM. On January 6, 2015, we waited for delivery from 9:30 to 11:30 AM. At 11:32 AM, we called Havertys to inquire about the delay, and were told that they were an hour behind schedule. After having attended a Ritz Carlton Leadership in Customer Service course for our own business, we have very high standards when it comes to this area. We go above and beyond to provide a top of the line experience for our customers, and expect the same when we are the consumers. We had a very disappointing experience with Havertys, and will not recommend them to anyone we know, nor use them ever again.
