I explained to them that I couldn't use the item & would be happy to do an even exchange even though the item I was trying to exchange was more expensive. They wouldn't budge from their "store policy". What is the purpose of buying local when the local shop makes ridiculous policies? You would have been able to make more money by reselling the higher priced item & I would have been a satisfied customer. Apparently customer service isn't an important policy at Panache'.
