I'm pretty sure this place ripped me off. They guy came and had me signt the paper it said 45 for the fee when I signed it he swiped my card gave me back my recipt and it said my total was 180. I'm confused and they were super unhelpful when I called. Wouldn't reccomend. read more

Do not hire them. I paid $120 to have a lock fixed and was told it is fixed. When I installed it at hone and found it was not fully fixed, they refused to come fix it. When I brought it back to have them finish the repair, they refused to fix it again and blamed me instead. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable business practice. read more

The technician with whom I spoke with a vulgar. Told me I was wasting his time while talking on the phone. He gave me an estimate for which I need to re-arrange my cash flow; I told I would call him back; that is when he told me I was wasting his time. I remain professional, even though I want to explode on this guy. I conversed a little before hanging up and call the company office for the manager, who has not contacted me yet. I had a very bad experience with this company on just one phone call. I will not mention the nationality of the tech but he was very rude to me. I will never personally recommend this company to anyone I know but every has different experience and levels of tolerance. Completely unprofessional. The technician got the job done. However, it was like pulling teeth to get the paperwork I needed for my insurance company to refund me. The female "supervisor" is beyond unprofessional and rude. I asked for a copy of my invoice to submit to my insurance company. She asked me for an invoice number, which I clearly would not have as that is the paperwork I needed HER to send ME. She told me there was nothing she could do for me if I didn't have that number. Luckily, I was able to talk her into expending a minor amount of energy, and she found me in the system using my name and phone number. She submitted a "request" to get me a copy of my invoice, which took a week. I highly suggest training or replacing your home office staff. It is unacceptable how I was treated.
