I've had some redness and acne scars that I'd been wanting to lighten for a few years but didn't know what procedure to do or if anything "really" showed results. An esthetician recommended I try IPL but I was nervous. Colleen explained the procedure and answered all of my questions-she is amazing! I'm now 4 weeks out and the results are stunning. It even got rid of a cherry angioma/burst capillary. At my last appointment, I ended up leaving before my appointment started because I waited so long. I went to this place to get treatment for my tiny vein on my nose and for my face pigmentation, at first they seemed very knowledgeable and i was very excited to do anything they would suggest me to do, they start with my nose vein and burn me. at first i thought i was okay, but then after two days my nose skin pilled. i went back and they gave me three different creams just to try it. they had no idea what they were doing. very unprofessional! i was very sad and disappointed! my face looked worst. my nose all pilled and one of the cream they gave me kinda worked to heal it a little bit, but they were trying to charge me extra $50. read more

I really like this place. I came in for scar revision and I've had three sessions. My skin is really sensitive so I got a really bad rash after one of the sessions and my laser girl, Juliette, was so helpful and concerned. She kept in touch with me and checked up on me for a few weeks after, and genuinely cared. I've talked to Tiffany about it too and she is really knowledgable about the creams they have you use and the treatments. I really feel like these ladies know what they are talking about! They are true specialists. They are all really nice and friendly and make you feel very comfortable.
