The walk wasn't too bad but in the snow, it was a mission. The stadium is very nice outside, you get to see some status .. Hall of Fame stuff, and broncos statue as well. Inside the stadium is nice, the seats are regular stadium seats so nothing special with it. If you're lucky to go to the Suite Level area or the Press Box then it's very nice there. The game was great until it started having the snow storm which likely affected the game outcome.

It happens to be their home opening weekend and they were going against the highly touted Philadelphia Phillies. We arrived to Coors Field on a Saturday for an evening game. The stadium is located in a nice area in downtown Denver. Paid parking is accessible along the streets, multiple parking lots, and parking garages all around. There was a jersey hoodie giveaway to the first 20,000 fans so we decided to arrive a little earlier than usual. The jersey hoodie was good quality for a free giveaway. It was a nice touch. We were able to walk around before the game started and see how beautiful the stadium was. It looked like every seat had a great view. As for food we ordered the Tournadough pretzel twister with butter and Parmesan, Rocky Mountain oysters with fries, Rockie Dog, a tall Elysian Space Dust and a couple of Chardonnay wines. Everything was delicious. The Tornadough was a tasty combo of both sweet and salty. It was soft and chewy in a pleasant way. The Rocky Mountain oysters were unique and crispy. I could not tell it was bull testicles. Lol. The Rockie Dog was scrumptious with all the toppings and condiments. Overall we enjoyed our experience at Coors Field. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The game itself was entertaining at times but I wish there could have been more scoring due to the infamous Denver "thin air." We were able to catch the sunset from our seats which was amazing. The price point of all the food and the tickets were more than fair. I hope to be back when my favorite baseball team, the San Francisco Giants play vs the Rockies.

The atmosphere was awesome from the moment we arrived. I have never been in a place with so many cowboy hats. It truly felt like stepping into a whole different world. Cowboys and cowgirls everywhere!Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and social. Even people sitting next to us were chatting and excited to talk about the events. The energy in the Denver Coliseum was great, and seeing all the different rodeo events was really neat. Price: I bought our tickets online directly from the National Western Stock Show website. Tickets for the MLK Rodeo were about $44-$45 per person. Each day or event has a different price, so it depends on what you choose, but I felt the price was fair for the experience. Transportation: We drove our own car, and transportation itself was fine, but parking was honestly ridiculous. I saw parking prices as high as $70. We ended up finding a spot not too far away for $40, which still felt expensive. If you live in downtown Denver, I would highly recommend taking an Uber or Lyft it would probably be cheaper and way less stressful. Crowd: It was honestly pretty crowded almost every seat was filled but it was still a really good time. Even with how packed it was, there was enough space between seats to stay comfortable and not feel cramped. My husband and I were sitting at the very top in the middle, and we still had a great view of everything. Honestly, it seems like there isn't really a bad seat in the Denver Coliseum. The Spartans are a professional indoor arena football team that's fast paced, fun entertainment, fan focused & affordable! They're lots of scoring & the players have a great time dancing. Fans get to keep the footballs that land in the crowd or are thrown to the fans by players after scoring. Players are available for autographs & photos after the game too. Ticket prices run around $25, however ours were only $11 each. We went to the first game of the season - Colorado Spartans (69) vs Las Vegas Kings (18). There were no signs that we saw for parking so it took awhile to figure out where to go. The game ball was brought out by one of the city councilman driving an exotic sports car. The team as a whole was pretty talented. The Quarterback had a good arm & was quite mobile, the RunningBack was fast with great moves & the Defense was solid, giving up only 18 points. The DJ & the sound system was very good, as were the Spartan Cheerleaders. The coliseum seats seem to be original 1950 vintage - they were hard & wooden with no cupholders. There were a some food options, we had burgers & they were just so so & the chicken tenders (3) with fries for $12 - they were pretty tasty. In addition, there was plenty of Spartan merch to purchase as well. All in all a great game & night. I'm looking forward to a fun season!

The hall of fame museum is not that large, however, Denver sports fans will appreciate the focus on adequately featuring some of the state's famed sport figures. The player profiles are also featured on the walls are also timeless. For the value, it is certainly worth the cost.
