The experience of dealing with any shop that's automotive related can be a burden. The customer service from James is above and beyond. He will answer or explain anything you ask. To were a non automotive inclined person would understand. The shop is small with a crew to match. However the work done is extraordinary. The tint and all other work done comes warrantied by James. The prices here are not the cheapest in town but are the cheapest for the quality that is done. The shop works on your average vehicles all the way upto high end luxury cars. My car insurance was a pain to work with, and Art coached me through the whole thing. Additionally, Art/Goodfellas really stepped up and helped me handle them and get reimbursed. (He even gave me the lowdown on which auto insurance companies might seem like a good deal because they have cheaper rates, but they try to wiggle out of paying when you need them). I was so impressed with the work they did on my car that insurance covered, that I wound up scheduling a follow-up to have them fix another issue I'd been meaning to fix. They did good work, at a much better rate than the previous shop that had given me a quote. Also, I'm not much of a movie person, but the Goodfellas theme/decor was entertaining, too. When I got the car, the ppf had bubbles and the edges were not aligned well or evenly on the left and right side. The owner said I need to let it cure for 2 weeks then bring it back and he would fix the issues. I paid in full, which was a mistake. I scheduled twice to fix the problems, and the owner didn't show up either time. He just left me waiting outside his shop, no one was there and no one answered the phone when I called. He generally won't pick up the phone when I call and doesn't reply anymore to text messages. I also never received the STEK warranty. He claims to be a STEK authorized installer, but his business doesn't show up as one on the STEK website, make of that what you will. Poor quality work and unprofessional, I'll never be back.
