Patients who are on OHP Medicaid have very little to no income. They accept that insurance but then make the patient pay additional fees for standard parts of treatment which should be included in the billed cost. They finished product was good but it wasn't and isn't fully finished. read more

I highly recommend that nobody engage with Mr. Tad Burzynski. My experience is relative to the Newport, Oregon office where he also does work, and also has very poor reviews. He took $1,000 from the family who just lost their entire home and contents in the mudslide on Hwy 229. They have been desperate to get Sharon her dentures. All Mr. Tad Burzynski did was take lower impressions. He was going to charge their card the full $4,500 for dentures in advance. When I confronted his behavior he called me a "sour pus" and hung up on me. As a social worker in this town, whose entire life has been dedicated to helping others, I was first appalled by him taking $1,000, then attempting to run their card for the full $4,500, and lastly for his absolute lack of empathy, respect, and professionalism. He raised his voice and spoke over me the entire conversation. He called me names, and he hung up on me. Mr. Tad Burzynski has some very serious character flaws. I advise that you read all of his reviews. He has a two star rating for a reason. Now I know why. Very sad. Mr. Tad, you do lack character, professionalism, and integrity. I will never refer anyone to you, and I will make sure to share my experience with anyone in our area who asks about dental or denture work. PLEASE stay in Bend. I was seen for partial dentures by Dr. Andrew and I had an excellent experience. The staff overall was caring and helpful and the doctor was professional and explained everything in great detail from start to finish. He took his time and answered any questions I had throughout. He genuinely cares about his work and his patients. I definitely recommend Denture In. The very best! read more

While I was visiting Sister's, I needed an adjustment on my upper. I contacted Smile In and they got me in immediately. I was seen by Andrew. What a sweet professional young man. His office was wonderful and made me feel like I had been going to him forever. I am going to figure a way to stay in Bend for 3-weeks to get a whole new upper and partial. THEY ARE THE BEST! Anyone who is on OHP, please read this and be forewarned that you will only be known as "you people" at this place. My family called this jerk to reschedule for next Wednesday. The receptionist left a message that it would be no problem to reschedule the appointment, because my daughter had 5 teeth removed and has stitches in her mouth from a car accident. We then called back to reschedule, the "nice" guy from the commercial said, "That's not going to happen, you people (OHP PEOPLE) don't have a say." We then tried talking to him and he said " Don't you dare interrupt me again!!" This jackass is very unbalanced! He said that my daughter "will keep the appointment today or she will never step foot in his office ever again!" If you have an appointment, cancel it now!! Go somewhere else or be sorry. read more

Add me to the list of unhappy Denture In clients. I previously had dentures for 20+ years. Finally could afford new ones. Was told I had to have porcelain teeth to the tune of around $4000. This was in april 2016. In Oct 2017 they broke $95 to repair. Next day they broke again. was told reline would prevent further breaking. Another $700, guess what, they broke again. After cutting the heck out of my tongue, I went to a new denturest. received new composite dentures for less then half of what Denture In charged. Was told the reason first dentures broke, was due to bite being so far off. Having dentures prior to all this, prevented the need for a reline in the first place. All about the $$$$$ read more

I will never return to this office or Bridgeview. Tad crafted my original dentures and did an excellent job. The re-line for the top and bottom is another matter. I'm having to pay for items I told him I didn't want. The fit is worse than before the re-line. Tad is not taking responsibility for the fit. Food particles are now just sitting on my implants and that hasn't happened before. I will now have to go to another dentirist and have that issue and adjustments made to fix the fit. No, this is a alais and I don't plan to contact your office again. Most likely the State Medical Board. I don't recommend this business. read more

I went to Denture In several years ago it was one of the worst experiences of my life. My first appointment I waited in the exam room for over an hour. My second appointment was the same over an hour. I had to put down a $500.00 before Tad would even start my denture and when it came time to choose the color of the teeth I had no say so on what I wanted he made the decision which was a dingy gray tint. I was so disappointed in the looks of the denture but since I had put down a non refundable deposit I had no choice but to be bullied into accepting the dingy grey denture. His reasoning was they matched my bottom natural teeth which really didn't matter since they are not noticeable when I talk or smile. He said he didn't want to be responsible for a denture that looked to white and didn't match my bottom teeth ! Bottom line I paid good money I should of had what I wanted not him ! After the final try in they didn't fit right I went back to have them adjusted still didn't fit I realize it takes time to get used to a new denture but there was no getting use to them they were painful and difficult to eat with. I finely gave up and put them in a container of water and went back to my old immediate denture which I have worn for the last 9 years. read more

Starting process was excellent. Late mid to ending process, started to be a nightmare absolutely the worst. Be prepared, that if ANYTHING and 95% of EVERYTHING that may go wrong with your dentures, the repairs that may need to be, emergency or not, fixed will NEVER be their fault...NEVER, it's ALWAYS-this is a huge understatement~you/us is due to the way handle the denture. Tad and Anthony do not live with their clients, they have no idea how we treat our dentures, flippers, partials, etc. Yes. There are times where it definitely could be our mishandling, things will happen such as being dropped or whatever you may have done that caused you to do damage to your dentures. When the damage is assessed more than 85% + of the time you will be told it was your fault for the bad handling, thus being the way YOU are responsible to pay out of pocket. I paid a lot of money for what they considered, THE BEST denture they offered. What a f****** joke. I have been teeth falling out, plate breaks, NEVER has there been a right fit after realignments, etc. And guess what I was told, IT'S MY FAULT for one reason or another. So last night (1-7-2019) what happened AGAIN, my front tooth fell out while drinking a smoothie and I had accidentally flicked the straw and out came the front tooth! A STRAW causing the tooth to fall out...wait, I must have caused some kind of damage before that loosened the tooth, and by the suction of drinking a thick smoothie through a straw caused the tooth to come off. The VERY EXACT tooth fell out about 3 months ago. This has now pushed me over the edge to be enraged with DENTURE IN. They started out awesome and has now become a MAJOR disappointment. read more

Three months after paying top dollar for what I had been told was the strongest, best quality material for dentures, while taking a bite of rhubarb pie a front upper tooth broke off. I had been wearing dentures for over 10 years at this time and these were my 3rd set of teeth. I had never lost a tooth or broken a denture prior to this. Upon my return to Denture In I was told it wasn't uncommon for this to happen,and if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay $35 up front. I was shocked! Being pressed for time as I was flying out of town in 2 days I had him do the repair.I pointed out that my previous lesser quality material dentures had never lost a tooth or broken.They had only worn down from use and I don't think the dentist or denturist who made them would have charged anything to fix. I made a note to never do business with Denture In again. Two months later while biting into a hot dog my upper denture snapped in half. Over five months my"top of the line quality material & workmanship dentures"had lost a tooth and snapped in half under normal eating conditions. I super glued them together and spent the next 2 months carefully eating until I could see my dentist in Mexico. While fitting me for new dentures he discover my broken ones had been made with extra teeth. Why? I warn anyone thinking of using Denture In to look elsewhere. They are not honorable,and their workmanship is flawed and lacks the pride and integrity needed to produce quality products. My dentures made in Mexico have had not one problem in over a year just as my previous sets before going to Denture In hadn't. I will continue to spread the word through every media source to not do business with DENTURE IN of Bend,Oregon. read more
