I am now 59 years old and have had an upper denture since I was 23, so I have had many experiences with getting a new denture. Denture Design is by far the most pleasant experience I have had. Darrell and Gita are masters of their craft. They took the impression, created a wax version, measured my face and other things to make sure that the bite was correct (my previous denture had a misplaced bite), took the time to make sure that the resulting denture fit my face as well as my mouth. My Mother In law needed new Dentures where do we start? I drove past the building on Hwy 99 numerous times in Tigard and thought I will check them out. When we went in Gita and Darrell were very helpful and accomodating. They explained to my Mother In Law how the process worked. Last time she got dentures it took a full month to get them. They were poor fitting and too small. Gita and Darrell do the work in house so the quality of work is great. We love her new ones. I must share the experience I had at Denture Design. They are a wonderful and professional team. You will be totally thrilled with their service, pricing and products. Before I elected to go to Denture Design, I made several phone calls. The quotes given were all over the board. Being on a budget, Denture Design seemed the most fair, not to mention the most competitive. As I spoke with Denture Design on the phone, I was given quotes surpassing any others. Timing was also an issue, the owners of Denture Design EVEN offered to open early or stay later to accommodate my schedule. What more could anyone ask for??? Once at Denture Design in Tigard, I was treated with the utmost respect. They knew I was on a very limited budget. They took the time to explain all my options and did not once try to up-sell me. I never felt rushed. They were willing to take the time to answer all my questions (and I can ask allot). I felt as my business was important to them and they RESPECTED my budget. My end product was as wonderful as the service I received. The quote on the phone was honored. No up-selling occurred. I walked away with exactly what I needed, at the price I could afford, with knowledge of what to expect in the future. Make sure that you read the "Informed Patient Consent" three pages of legalize that pretty much says that you can not hold them responsible for what they do and if you aren't happy they can charge you for any additional work for however long it takes. I just wish that I would have read that document because any business that has to protect themselves to that level in order to stay in business must not be very good at what they do. My first attempt to eat with my new dentures was a ridiculous embarrassment. They fell out, would not stay in place, I could not finish my lunch. My mother was at least 20 years past due for new dentures. We met with Gita and we were expertly guided with great care and courtesy through five sessions of fittings and adjustments. Gita made certain to try to match my mother's own original teeth from a smiling photo from 65 years ago. The results are far superior to her previous dentures. Gita and Darrel are an excellent team. Most of their work is in house, therefore much quicker and precise. I have shopped around. They are not only are they reasonable, but they are on hand professionals. Once, I got my partials, I have been back several times for adjustments the same day I call.
