The first time I saw Adam Diesburg I had chipped my front tooth. He fixed it so smoothly and…read moreperfectly I pretty much forgot about it until just now. You cannot tell at all that I dropped my iPhone on my face! I went to see him a second time for a crown on a tooth I've had a root canal on. He took an X-ray and immediately saw I needed a root canal retreat (which he does not do, he referred me to an amazing endodontics specialist who did a fantastic job). My previous dentist had taken multiple X-rays and filled this root canal 3 times (filling kept coming out, waiting to be able to afford the crown not covered by insurance) and never noticed anything wrong. Dr. Diesburg noticed right away. Had I not seen him, I would have paid over a grand for a crown, had pain, maybe discovered I needed a retreat, paid another grand for a crown?!?! So seeing Dr Diesburg has not only saved me over a grand in my opinion, but going to someone who knows what they're doing = less anxiety for me before, during and after. Today he gave me the best shot I've ever had. Other dentists do it really slow and drawn out so it "doesn't hurt as bad." Adam shot a tiny amount in really fast so it felt like a quick pinch and waited a few seconds. By the time I got the real shot I was already numb! Usually it's almost 10 seconds of pain compared to a split second! Why don't other dentists do it this way??? To sum this up, he is competent and skilled. He also knows how to pick an assistant. She's super nice and excellent at her job as well. I am so happy I found a good dentist, thank you Dr. Diesburg!

They took care of my emergency right away even though they had a busy schedule already. I then scheduled for a check up and saw Dr. Langford and the staff again. I have had a busy practice myself and have been an instructor to dentists for years. This office staff is outstanding. They are concerned about and take care of all the precautions we are currently facing with COVID 19 protocol. They are friendly, personable and are experts at what they do. There is an atmosphere of camaraderie and professionalism that you don't see in most businesses these days. Dr. Langford took the time he needed to gently and thoroughly review my necessary xrays and examined my situation. What a treat to be evaluated by someone who is not in a hurry to get to the next patient!... Same with all the staff. I was not over-diagnosed with 'work' that didn't need to be done. I know this attitude of caring for your clients is old school and it comes from the top down. I also found out that many of his staff have been with him for 20 or more years. This also doesn't happen often. I know all of this happens because of one thing...Integrity. If you are looking for the right dental office, this is it. My family will be going there for many years to come. I am not a relative or long-time family friend, just a fan of terrific customer service!

Treatment was good and I enjoyed the dogs in the facility…read more(open mouths and pet hair questionable), however, recently I was surprised that I needed 3 crowns replaced ASAP. I knew I was running low on insurance money and asked them to Preauthorize the cost (as they always do). I reiterated that I was not interested in paying out of pocket (never will) and would wait for my new annual insurance benefits if necessary (October). They told me I was good for 2 of the 3 crowns so I scheduled the work. All went well then BOOM.....An $865 bill; that second crown was too much; I was out of insurance funds and the rest was my responsibility. I explained that (as always), they had pre authorized the costs, how could this happen? I was told it was my responsibility to check my insurance, not theirs and payment was due. They are right.....it is my responsibility but they told me they had checked, that 2 crowns were good to go.....and I trusted them. Sadly, they offered no further input and I owe them $865, which I will pay. I have changed dentist as I need to trust what I am told....and a good service provider should know when they have made a mistake and admit it. My message to you....do not trust everything they say and watch the pet hair!
