They received my car on 8/25/26, started repairs and I got my car back today, 9/16/26. In the time they had my car, they've damaged the top passenger side where they were replacing both passenger doors. (I have photographic proof there was no damage PRIOR). The doors are not aligned. While driving, you hear the outside wind coming in. The wheel, which was on the estimate and paid for by my insurance, was not completed. They didn't align the trim, anywhere. The paint is a JOKE. It doesn't match either. Of course, any normal person would be upset. We were BEYOND upset and Chris who was handling everything, left early for the day per John because "he always does that and it must be nice". Well John, he's a joke of a man. I showed him everything, pointed it out and decided to say "I don't want to talk to you after how you acted inside" and went back to his pitiful desk to rip off the next victim. WELL IDGAFFFF you're entire shop is an embarrassment and it makes sense why you have no accreditations and !!!NUMEROUS!!! BBB complaints. An extremely important factor in all if this is that they did an AMAZING job on my 4Runner--which I messed up pretty bad. The paint isn't color matched to the back panel The interior still has bits of glass in the carpet and seats from the broken window so it was not properly cleaned. There is black tape residue still on the paint above the fixed window. This car was brand new in May 25. Had no scratches or swirls in the paint because I hand wash and detail my own car. caliber put my car through an auto wash multiple times from the amount of scratches and swirls over the entire SUV. I will never bring a car to them again and will never recommend this company. In fact I will actively be discouraging anyone I can from using Caliber
