The front desk staff greeted me warmly and professionally, immediately setting a positive tone. I was then brought back for my initial diagnosis by the dental assistant, Denise. She was incredibly thorough, friendly, and took the time to explain what she was doing throughout the process. One thing that really impressed me was how advanced the technology was. The imaging and diagnostic tools they used were clearly state-of-the-art, which made the evaluation process feel very precise and reassuring. At many medical offices, you can feel like just another number, rushed in, rushed out, and treated more like part of an assembly line than a patient. That was absolutely not the case here. Every member of the team was personable and genuinely focused on patient care. I never once felt hurried. Instead, the staff took the time to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable along the way. After the initial x-rays and testing revealed the issue, Dr. Berto came chairside. His chairside manner was exceptional. He carefully walked me through the images, explained exactly what the tests revealed, and discussed the procedure in a way that was both clear and reassuring. Again, it didn't feel like I was just another patient moving through the system, he took the time to make sure I fully understood what was happening and what to expect. The procedure itself was completed in less than an hour, Dr. Berto kept checking in with me to ensure I was ok, and the entire team continued to be attentive, caring, and professional throughout. Afterward, the post-procedure instructions were explained clearly, and both Denise and Dr. Berto made sure I felt comfortable before leaving. I'll also add something that really surprised me: a day later I have zero pain from the procedure, and more importantly the original tooth pain that brought me in is completely gone. That may just be my personal experience, but it's definitely worth noting. Overall, the combination of high-end technology, exceptional professionalism, and genuinely personable staff made this one of the best dental experiences I've had. Why do I need to lose my natural tooth and go for an implant with a huge cost? because they wanted to make more money with implants. I know the after-effects and side-effects of the implants, and I wanted to save my natural tooth. Finally, I found Park Endodontic, which does only root canals, no implants.  Dr. Tariq Alsmadi retreated my root canal, cleaned the infected area, and saved my tooth. First thing he told me was contrary to what was promised while making the appointment, the tooth will most likely get reinfected shortly...I have been doing this for 16 years. Then the doctor refused to provide services that they had already run through my insurance. The doctor has a big EGO. I am having issues with another tooth and requested him to take a quick look at the 3D scan which I had already paid for. He flatly refused and actually felt insulted! What nerve and what service?!@#%!! Then he got mad that I was pissed and asked me to leave.

I think the geometry of my teeth make them difficult to work with and it took several attempts to get impressions to produce Viveria retainers that fit correctly and kept my tooth spacing tight. Unfortunately, I found that the new Viveria material was too thin and stretched out after a few weeks of wear. Dr. Ortiz kindly offered to make me some retainers in-house using a thicker plastic to solve the problem. They had not worked with this thicker material before so it took a few tries to get these retainers to come out correctly, but they never gave up. After all the time & effort, I'm sure they didn't make any profit so I appreciate EPO for putting the customer ahead of the bottom line. That is a rare thing to find these days. 5-stars!

The experience was completely painless, the office was comfortable, and everything was explained clearly from start to finish.
