Dr. Manesh and his team, including Nazi, Medis, Maryam, Sana, Medi, and Dr. I, provided an exceptional experience from start to finish!! Dr. Manesh's bedside manner is unmatched, making me feel completely at ease and confident throughout the process. While Dr. Manesh was on vacation, he texted me over the weekend to check up on me after my surgery. Genuinely I have never received such exceptional care!! Since I'm extremely nervous, I requested to be sedated. Their anesthesiologist, Dr. I, was amazing!!! I received comprehensive care including bone grafting, PRP, a gum graft, and implants, and finally crown placement through his incredible lab technician, Medi, who was in office to go over every detail and help me choose the perfect shade and shape for my teeth. I even put the whole team under a bit of pressure because of my upcoming wedding, and they delivered, helping me achieve the perfect smile for the big day. My dad also had surgeries for the same procedure in the past, and he's very jealous he didn't get to do it with Dr. Manesh, given how above and beyond he was for me. I've already referred him to many people, and if anyone is looking for an oral surgeon, I cannot recommend him enough, I'm extremely picky, and he's handled every request and question with complete ease. He was extremely rough, I believe he chipped my lower tooth and damaged the enamel on several upper teeth. The grafting didn't take on the upper quadrant. He was supposed to use collagen and I don't believe he did, no gum ever grew and looks like I've never had anything done there (when I went back for a follow up, and I mentioned the upper quadrant that he did, he looked at me weird like he couldn't remember even doing it! I have a ledge at the gum line where he did the lower grafting and that tooth is sensitive now never had sensitivity before :( Every time I went in for a follow up ( he tried to do some laser work for it) I stop him because I don't trust him touching my mouth ever again! He is always bouncing around from room to room and never gives you his full attention. My sister had exact issues I had with gum recession, she went somewhere reputable and her results were perfect. :( I would not recommend this office.

Dr. Christen Bergman, who gave me an intricate gum grafting surgery January 4, is a true artist--with a big heart. She's not just doing a job; she loves the science of making health come alive in people. Her love for her patients shows! Dr. Bergman has performed thousands of these surgeries for over 15 years. Beforehand, Dr. Bergman answered all my questions, with remarkable directness, insight, and clarity. And a big smile! Surgical assistant Omar fielded many follow-up questions adroitly and in such a friendly way. Treatment Coordinator Kristy worked proactively and kindly to complete all the paperwork and coordination. In surgery, I was first amazed at Dr. Bergman's skill. Rather than "nuking" a big nerve and sending all my cheeks, tongue and jaw numb, she instead took the trouble to carefully administer just the right small amounts of "targeted" local anesthetic topically, all across the rather wide surface areas to be treated. I never lost feeling in my tongue or cheeks the entire time. Yet there was no pain! Then Dr. Bergman began surgically. It was so pain-free that I was able to enjoy how artfully she worked, especially stitching the first large surgical area back together. "You could be in Hollywood sewing dresses for the stars!" I said. That was just the start of an arduous 3-hour procedure and here's where Dr. Bergman's compassion really shined. The "targeted" local anesthetic (my label) wears off quickly, so it's more work for the doctor than a big "nuking." The "targeted" type must be continually updated during surgery. And work hard she did! Dr. Bergman was continuously asking "can you feel this?" to make sure I had no pain where she was invading tissue -- as if I were her own child or sister. I felt so secure, I could just lay back and relax all that time, and even fell asleep awhile--even though I opted out of sedation and had only taken a few Tylenol.

At no time did a feel rushed and all my questions answere. What a relief it was to have such a quick and pain free procedure! Other than some discomfort with the local injection to freeze my tooth area, I felt no pain. The actual procedure was under 15 minutes with the balance waiting for the injection to fully numb me and receiving post operation information. Most impressive was Christina, who gently massaged my arm while praising me and assuring me I was a "trooper", doing "fantastic, and "tough as nails." If she was channeling my Mom from decades ago--it certainly worked! Another assistant, Tony, anticipated my every need. Mekka went above and beyond to ensure I didn't experience a long wait time by changing my appointment time. Who needs a long wait upon arrival when you just want it over with? Nataly resolved a glitch with my credit card and Perla calmed me when my blood pressure was too high. Hopefully, this senior citizen (me) will have no further need for a tooth extraction, but should it occur, I would insist upon returning to Dr. Clark and his awesome team!

Today I found out that all my implants have held, I have healed properly and can eat regular food now. Yes for a few months you want to eat soft foods, I got 11 different recipes now for cottage cheese , learned to love yogurt, and soup, it's good too but it was all worth it. Please don't tell Dr Clark or his staff I cannot lie, I did splurge a few times ( Dr Clark says if you can cut it with a plastic fork then u can eat it, I had a few hamburgers and tacos but was very careful as I was in recovery.LOl. As previously mentioned in earlier reviews Same day smile is a top notch , professional dental office that puts clients and patients 1 st. I have always had issues with dental offices , you just know it's gonna hurt , and that is my experience. Pain, suffering , billing , etiquette, understanding. It's just a mess. My teeth , all of them were removed by Dr. clark and his crew in 1 yes 1 day, not even a day I was told by Dr Clark and anesthesiologist that I was under , they put me to sleep for a quick 6 hours . I woke up with new teeth and the adventure began.What an amazing staff. Dr Clark really does care about the well being of his patients and it shines . From the second he walks in the room he brings positive energy and he has never caused me pain.He has a very well oiled machine. From Mekka, treatment coordinator who explained the financing very clearly with no pressure, Evelyn who is a very dedicated manager and facilitates smooth running , Natalie , front desk who always greets you with a smile and positive tone. Lourdes Tony and Andrew , I can't even express to you how professional , truthful and caring they were you are awesome! You can tell they have had extensive training and there were never any surprises and honestly no bumps in the road. Seriously- and hear me clear, this was an investment, to get all my teeth done. It's been a long journey, there were a couple times that the temporary teeth broke. The team here with Dr Clark fixed it almost immediately. Tho office is buissy but they cater to individuals like me never rushing, inducing pain or putting you off. The amazing thing to me is and has been the after care program . . Honestly , i mean where do people like this come from wow!! If you need new teeth or medication has caused harm or whatever your circumstances might be, don't put it off any more. From the front office to the back, you're really welcomed with open arms- no judgment , no questions just pure , untainted- professionalism that is displayed from every single person at this office. My life has completely been transformed not only with the new smile I haven't had for 20 years, but I was told I had so much infection in my rotting teeth, it could make me sick I feel so much better. .
