Don't get me wrong mostly their reviews are negative about finances and billing and insurance but we have to realize that insurance makes you think they cover everything but they don't unfortunately. And if you really want the best for your self than yes we have to pay to get the best Quality work done, just like you would for your car or your house. Anyways I was able to get my stuff taken care of today and I just have to say to their assistant Mariana, thank you for sharing some stories with me, you made my visit more comfortable and enjoyable, believe it or not I am very much terrified of being in the dental office. Dr. Shalaby, thank you for exampling and educating me on what needs to be taken care of. In my experience most dentist just tell you what the treatment will be and get moving on it but some don't take the time to educate or explain and that really showed me how your care for your patients. I recommend this place because if your looking for a cleaner mouth and a welcoming staff and a Dr who is very Conservative and very detailed in his work and that actually care for his patients than this is the place for you. I was going toDana Smiles for a few years. I will start with the best hygienist is Sarah. She why it was so hard to move from Dana Smiles. 5 stars to Sarah. I will miss her very much. Dr S on the other hand. I won't be back. I just got back from another dentist. Two teeth he wanted to drill into were checked out and nothing needed to be done. I've been a patient here for a little over a year. Friendly and easy and close to my house. I am disappointed because a dental assistant broke my permanent retainer during a cleaning. They fixed it and then it broke again. I went back 2x to have it fixed. They keep trying to sell me Invisalign because my teeth moved as a result of the broken retainer. Not only that, they keep trying to sell me a new retainer. Super frustrating because they didn't take accountability for breaking my retainer. It seems like they always try to upsell me and are very pushy. They also tried to hard close me on replacing old fillings and would not disclose the price. They automatically booked me a follow up apt to replace the filling without my confirmation. I am not sure if I'll be going back. read more

I have been a patient at this location for many years. The Dental Hygienist, Sarah, is truly outstanding. I would not be leaving were it not for the unacceptable billing practices put in place after this office was purchased a couple of years ago. I have Delta Dental PPO insurance. They are collecting co-pays based on the billed amount, rather than Delta Dental's approved amount. This results in patients overpaying at the time of service and having to request a refund once the claim has been settled. This amount can be significant depending upon the procedure. Additionally, they are not adhering to the terms of my PPO Agreement for a crown replacement. They will only bill insurance for procedure codes accepted by Delta Dental, leaving me with having to pay a separate $450 lab fee out of pocket and circumventing established insurance billing practices. read more
