Haley (not sure if that's the correct spelling) did my cleaning and XRays and made me feel comfortable and continually asked to make sure I was comfortable. The doctor was gentle and took her time with our toddler and the toys in the lobby and exam rooms kept her entertained and happy. I was worried about the risks involved and wanted a 2nd opinion. Dr. Nelson and his assistant Tiffany were really friendly with my daughter when we went to the back. She was hesitant to open her mouth but eventually the doctor successfully coaxed her to open wide to do the exam. After he was done looking at my daughter's teeth, he then recommended laughing gas to reduce my daughter's anxiety and at the same time to get all the work done with her while awake. We came back on a different day to allow more time for everything to be completed. Dr. Nelson was so gentle and patient with my daughter and made her feel comfortable before moving on to the next step! At the end of the visit, my daughter picked out a cute capsule toy to take home. She said it was easy and wants to do it again! To think a 4 year old said that on her own is unbelievable... I think we found our forever pediatric dentist! I've never had such a great experience at a dental office as I did with Dr Reddy. Some things that made this the best experience: I was able to schedule online which was convenient since I found them on a Sunday night. I scheduled a new patient appointment at 5pm so no work was missed. They are following all covid precautions and it felt safe. The kids waiting area kept my 3 year old busy and was pretty cool with their iPad section. The staff was all excellent, very professional and caring. Jackie did my sons X-rays and she was so friendly and caring. Dr Reddy is a great dentist and made my son feel very comfortable and not scared at all.
