The dentist owner is a quick talking scam artist who wants to tell you the deal he's going to make you instead of listening to you, he told me he would not refund because then he's losing money..... he was the worst I have delt with ever , he wanted to pay us in services that we were not about to use as our kids were traumatized by this experience and now 3 yrs later we finally found a good dentist and orthodontist that does a great job, I would give a sub 0 score for this company if I could and would never recommend them to anyone after watching what my kid went through with this Orthodontist, it was better to accept the loss of the money than traumatize my kid again with these people. I continue to post my experience with this place because people need to make a well-informed decision on who the wish to employ for the services their children are subjected to.

Some things that made this the best experience: I was able to schedule online which was convenient since I found them on a Sunday night. I scheduled a new patient appointment at 5pm so no work was missed. They are following all covid precautions and it felt safe. The kids waiting area kept my 3 year old busy and was pretty cool with their iPad section. The staff was all excellent, very professional and caring. Jackie did my sons X-rays and she was so friendly and caring. Dr Reddy is a great dentist and made my son feel very comfortable and not scared at all.
