I walked in and was greeted with a smile and a professional receptionist. They got some information from me since I was a new client and took me back on time. I was treated efficiently and with the upmost care. I was in and out with X-rays, a deep cleaning and a few replacement fillings in about an hour and a half. When we arrived on time, we were told they were short-staffed and running behind -- something I understand can happen. However, what followed was completely unacceptable. We watched other patients come and go while multiple employees walked past us without so much as a simple, "We're sorry for the wait," or an update on when we'd be seen. After three hours, the only thing that had been done was the X-ray. When we told the front desk we were leaving, the response was a flat, emotionless "Okay, that's fine." My girlfriend has been in serious pain for weeks, hoping today would finally bring her some relief. Instead, we left feeling ignored, frustrated, and heartbroken. She walked out in tears. I've never been to an office where I wasn't allowed in the room with my child. Another con is I was given an appointment to return and have a procedure done once approved by the insurance, only to be told once I was there that the dates of service had expired and would have to reschedule. That's an important detail that was overlooked and caused me wasted time and effort which could have been avoided if the staff was more organized in this aspect.
