The front desk staff greeted me warmly and professionally, immediately setting a positive tone. I was then brought back for my initial diagnosis by the dental assistant, Denise. She was incredibly thorough, friendly, and took the time to explain what she was doing throughout the process. One thing that really impressed me was how advanced the technology was. The imaging and diagnostic tools they used were clearly state-of-the-art, which made the evaluation process feel very precise and reassuring. At many medical offices, you can feel like just another number, rushed in, rushed out, and treated more like part of an assembly line than a patient. That was absolutely not the case here. Every member of the team was personable and genuinely focused on patient care. I never once felt hurried. Instead, the staff took the time to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable along the way. After the initial x-rays and testing revealed the issue, Dr. Berto came chairside. His chairside manner was exceptional. He carefully walked me through the images, explained exactly what the tests revealed, and discussed the procedure in a way that was both clear and reassuring. Again, it didn't feel like I was just another patient moving through the system, he took the time to make sure I fully understood what was happening and what to expect. The procedure itself was completed in less than an hour, Dr. Berto kept checking in with me to ensure I was ok, and the entire team continued to be attentive, caring, and professional throughout. Afterward, the post-procedure instructions were explained clearly, and both Denise and Dr. Berto made sure I felt comfortable before leaving. I'll also add something that really surprised me: a day later I have zero pain from the procedure, and more importantly the original tooth pain that brought me in is completely gone. That may just be my personal experience, but it's definitely worth noting. Overall, the combination of high-end technology, exceptional professionalism, and genuinely personable staff made this one of the best dental experiences I've had. I would highly recommend North Texas Endodontics to anyone needing endodontic care.

He was extremely careful, talked me through everything we did and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The worst part for me is being numbed up but he did it so well I barely felt it. Like anyone would do, I scheduled the procedure and anticipated to be in and out with no problem. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Within hours, I experienced inexplicable, excruciating pain which would continue for a week. Said dentist was shockingly uncommunicative and unsupportive, alas, that's a different review. At least, however, that office did take the time to refer me to North Dallas Endodontics. After the shock of the botched crown-replacement, the trauma from the waves of extreme pain pulsing through my head and jaw, but even more so, the feeling of being dropped and dismissed by the dentist- my trust in any doctor was shot. By the time I walked into lovely 10th floor office of North Dallas Endodontics, I was shaking, in quiet tears, and genuinely afraid of what the next moment would bring. Dr. Navid Khalighinejad and his assistant consistently reassured me they were going to help. I had a bit of a mysterious case. He was up-front and honest about what he knew, what he didn't and what my options were. He took his time to problem solve with me which gave me the confidence to ultimately make the choice for a root canal. He walked me through everything he was doing during the procedure, in real time (something I asked for specifically) and despite them doing some real work in my mouth, it seemed gentle and felt painless, and I've had no pain since! My healing has felt nothing short of miraculous. Sure, I understand a root canal is a routine procedure these days, but to receive *genuine care* and attunement when in a state of overwhelm after a week of severe pain... it made all the difference. Dr. Navid showed his humanity, compassion and his evident skill throughout my visit, as well as aftercare. The entire staff consistently exhibited empathy, patience and kindness and helped me rest assured, I was in the right place. I am so grateful this was the office I walked into and received such high-quality care. This experience literally healed my tooth and stopped the pain, but equally as important- they helped heal the psychological trauma of being dropped by the reputable dentist who inadvertently DID do harm but offered no care, not even a conversation, in the aftermath. Thank you SO VERY MUCH, Dr. Khalighinejad and to the entire staff at North Dallas Endodontics. Sincerely. Ah! Also, they offer a small discount for paying out of pocket.

They wanted to X-rays on my mouth, I asked why if I was referred by the general dentist and they just took X rays 2 weeks ago. The dental assistant responded the X-rays from other dentist office can come fuzzy. So we have to take our own. Also we need a picture of the tooth we are going a root canal on. So we proceeded with the X-rays since they needed a X-rays of the tooth. When the dentist assistant got me in the room she looked in my mouth and stated she want to look in my mouth. Then she stated she needed to hit my tooth the one that need the root canal. I asked her not too, the dentist assistant said she is going to go get the doctor. The doctor come in and introduce herself, and look at my extra X-ray and confirmed I had an infection around the root canal tooth and the infection has spreaded to the a little around the next tooth and you will need a re root canal. The dentist said she need to see my teeth, i the asked the doctor please don't hit my tooth ( root canal). She stated she was just going to look, after looking she stated she will need to hit my tooth. I said No I don't want you to hit my tooth because it would hurt. She asked me from a scale from 1-10 I said 7. I also told her the to is ONLY sensitive when you suck your teeth and when you hit it. The doctor proceeded to tell me the reason when she needed to hit my teeth, because she wanted to make sure the surrounding teeth don't need a root canal. I advised her I'm ONLY her for this one tooth. I am aware I need two other root canal but the surrounding teeth were not one. The doctor states "I can not do a root canal if I can tap you teeth". I stated, you just confirmed I needed o retreat on the tooth I cane here for so what's the problem". The dentist refuse and said she will mot work on my teeth. So I go to the front desk and clerk states I have to pay for X-rays which were almost $300. I said I should have to pay for X-rays when I advise the other dentist had X-rays and plus the doctor refuse to do the work. I didn't come here to pay almost $300 in X rays. The clerk said if you don't pay it will just go to a collections and on your credit. I said I would like to dispute the charge since she took X-rays that I already had and plus she refuse to finish the job. I asked the assist to provide me the Dentist Association where we can dispute the charge since there is a disagreement. The clerk went and spoke with the doctor. The clerk came back and said she does not have that information, I said the doctor do. The doctor came to the window and said since you wanna take me to court why do you wanna talk. I said I tried talking to you and you walked off. I tried again speaking with the doctor she was disrespectful by over talking me turning to the clerk talking to her as if I wasn't there, the tell me she Will not give me the dental association information I need to find it myself. And told her staff to leave the window. I sat on the couch and call the Dallas Dentist Association, and advise how should I proceed. The doctor called the police on me, luckily he was a nice guy I explained my situation, he told medical bills don't go on your credit and the doctor wanted to put trespassing on me if I returned. Which was dumb because she never told me to leave nor did I cause an out bust like she did. Which an unprofessional setting. All this just because I did want you to hit my sensitive tooth, when you had clear evidence from the X-ray. Completely Bad service!!!!!!! Also we could have talked about if but she was being rude and unprofessional.

Unfortunately, I've had issues with a hot tooth before and my nerve was super INFLAMED so he had to load me up with local anesthetic just to touch the tooth, but he took his time, never came across as rushed and did a percussion and air test to be sure I was fully numb before beginning. He talked me through the entire procedure which I appreciated, even when he had to change courses because my tooth was a mess ("you might see a little smoke, I'm cauterizing your gum looks like it grew into the cavity"). He has a congenial manner and seems to genuinely enjoy his work. I'd recommend Dr Garcia and would return myself without hesitation, he's great at his job.
