I came to see Dr Garcia yesterday after a referral for what I was sure would be a root canal. This isn't my first endo rodeo, but my first since moving into the Metro. His office staff were thorough, and reviewed all costs with me before proceeding. Dr. Garcia has all the state-of-the-art equipment in his office and knows how to use it. Unfortunately, I've had issues with a hot tooth before and my nerve was super INFLAMED so he had to load me up with local anesthetic just to touch the tooth, but he took his time, never came across as rushed and did a percussion and air test to be sure I was fully numb before beginning. He talked me through the entire procedure which I appreciated, even when he had to change courses because my tooth was a mess ("you might see a little smoke, I'm cauterizing your gum looks like it grew into the cavity"). He has a congenial manner and seems to genuinely enjoy his work. I'd recommend Dr Garcia and would return myself without hesitation, he's great at his job. read more

Listen. Root canals are inherently and objectively horrible. Period. I, personally, have had some real nightmare scenarios with them. In my experience, you should never let a dentist do a root canal. Always, always, always see an endodontist. Which brings me to Dr. Hale and his incredible staff. First and foremost, I felt no pain. At all. It was wildly unpleasant, because that's just the nature of the beast, but he did something so simple yet so impactful that changed the entire experience for me. He told me what was coming before he did it. I know...it sounds so silly. But the warning of the sound or the sensation let me mentally and emotionally prepare for it and it made all the difference. He kept me updated about how much longer things were going to take. He asked constantly how I was doing. I think, at the end of the day, it all boils down to communication and he is a master of it. The entire team at Quality Centered Endodontics was warm, informative, and patient. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the entire experience. I have a couple more procedures to go, one of which I'm pretty nervous about. But I know I'm in great hands and trust these people implicitly. read more

Quality Center Endodontics , I don't even know where to start , let's just say the tooth (#14) that I was having issues with Dr.Jorge Garcia managed to save it with his state of the art technologies , experience, and patience (.) My general dentist attempted to start the root canal procedure and wasn't able to complete the job due to being inexperienced etc , after going thru severe pain (I had 4 canals) , the headache of finding a in network provider I spoke Sandra (receptionist/office manager) and she schedule my first appointment! Dr. Garcia is an amazing doctor ‍ he's passionate about the services he provides , major plus as stated previously the facility is equipped with up to date state of the art equipment and my overall experience was painless ( he's so smooth/ charming Garcia did a really good by distracting me with small talk while cleaning out my canals and putting in the artificial nerves) and both of my office visits were less than 45 mins ! Even though my insurance didn't cover as much as I was expecting the policy too , Garcia and Sandra were both patient and worked with me I was able to pay for my services in 2 payments ! I had an old three-unit bridge and two crowns needing replacement. They posed challenging root canals and post build ups. My cosmetic dentist referred me to Dr Garcia. I was very apprehensive about the whole procedure. With the initial visit, Dr Garcia allayed my fears, patiently explaining what to expect. I've been to Dr. Garcia twice and both times have been grossly over charged according to my Insurance company. They did not file all fees with the insurance company with whom they are under contract to accept only what insurance will pay. When I asked, they said they knew it wouldn't be covered so they didn't file. So instead of under $100 I paid over $900 and they wanted another $600+ for a root canal that insurance said was covered 100%. After bringing up the bill, Dr. Garcia finished working on my tooth but did not file it down to a comfortable level so none of my teeth meet right now. I have to wait until I see my regular dentist to get it fixed. I won't say it is in retaliation for questioning the bill but one wonders. Needless to say I won't be back. No matter how good he is, poor business practices negate his expertise. read more

Dr. Garcia is very professional and dedicated to his work. He actually seems to enjoy it almost like an artist. He keeps working on your tooth/root problem until it is solved. His staff was up front about the costs. This was my second root canal and hopefully there will be no root canals for me. But if I needed another, he would be the top choice. read more

I had an extremely pleasant experience with Dr. Garcia and his staff. Everyone was friendly and very professional. I was referred by my general dentist for a root canal. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first root canal I've had done. I've had terrible past experiences with previous Dentists. And I was honestly dreading my visit with Dr. Garcia. However, after my visit today I must say it was hands down THE BEST dental visit I've ever had. I'm normally scarred of the local injections and the dental instruments, nonetheless he was gentle and made sure I was sufficiently anesthetized and pain free during the whole procedure. I highly recommend going anywhere other than Quality centered endodontics. Their business practices are shady at best, verging on fraud at worst. I went in for an "evaulation", which according to their receptionist was covered by my insurance. I get in there, and it felt like a sales pitch the whole time. After the evaluation, he tried to get me to start immediately, which would be $600 today, after he added on an unnecessary treatment that just happened to not be covered by my insurance. I called Cigna, they had never heard of the procedure. I told them I wasn't ready to start and that I would like to get a second opinion. She said thats fine, but it would be $145 today for the evaluation. Which, turns out was also a lie. My portion should have only been $54 for that day(after she told me it was no cost), and they never even called to let me know they had overcharged me by $90. I found out from my insurance when the sent me the EOB. However they had the nerve to call and say they would take $100 off the unnecessary procedure, without telling me about the overcharge. He went to several top of the line schools, so I doubt he is a bad dentist. However, I bet he has a ton of school debt which is why he is trying to defraud his customers. Go ANYWHERE else. read more

I had to see an endodontist for a re-do on a root canal and post build-up for a new crown. I was referred to a different endodontist by my dentist, but I was unable to reach them and did not receive any call backs. I luckily found Dr. Garcia's office by a Google search and found that he was within blocks of where I work. Not only did they "quickly" answer my phone call, but scheduled my visit within a few days. Dr. Garcia worked very hard to make sure I was comfortable at all times and even apologized for having to give me the numbing shots as he knew they were some what painful. But honestly on a pain scale of 1 to 10, I think it was a "1". No one really looks forward to these types of appointments, but I can honestly say I am glad the other "referred" endodontist office never answered the phone. It was the best experience for one of these type of dreaded appointments! I do "HIGHLY" recommend Dr. Garcia and his staff! Hopefully I will not need to see an endodontist again, but if I do, I know where I am going! read more

I have to say that I had a great experience at this office. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable regarding fees and insurance coverage as it was in my case. I really liked the fact that I did not have to wait before being seen. They e-mailed me ahead of time a web link where you can go online from home and fill out the medical history and other information so when you get to the office there is literally no paperwork. I found that very efficient. I've had root canals before and this was very painless. Dr. Garcia seemed like a true expert in his field and explained the root canal procedure in detail using pictures that he took of my actual tooth. My experience at this office was very satisfying all around. I would highly recommend it. If I need another root canal I would definitely go back. read more

I was in quite the dental bind and they too SUCH good care of me and communicated with my general dentist perfectly. It's a really pretty office building and parking was no problem.
