I would have never kept the rental that long if it wasn't for their "promise." Jaime will find every excuse on why your car is not completed. He will not answer his phone nor be at the shop. We went to the shop daily for three weeks to at least see the car since they would not answer their phones. They had the door locked with a ring doorbell. We could hear them working but would never answer the door or their phones. They did not fix things the insurance company said to do but i wanted my car off their lot and back in my possession.
