They took the door apart, welded a plate inside to reinforce the area and repainted so it all looked like new. This was a non insurance repair that I paid for myself. But in August the crack reopened. I contacted Jeff and, without any hassle, he arranged to redo the repair at no charge. They did it in one day and it again looks like new. All the previous repaired and repainted areas also still look like new. I couldn't be more pleased with each and every one of my interactions and experiences with this business. Highly recommended!

So he planned with me to come out to my home and check out the car so he can pre-order the parts needed and have them at his shop once he comes back.
