Chad is a pro, plain and simple. I have used him for both PDR and paint work and was very satisfied with both results. The PDR work was all done in a few hours at my house. I had a dent above the wheel well from where somebody bumped into me while I was parked at a grocery store. That was a very tough one and I will say that it is not 100% perfect, but it's at least 90% and someone would have to really be looking for it to see it, which is in major contrast to where it was before. I'm getting ready to sell that car and it is certainly enough for me to recapture the lost cosmetic value. That car also had a couple of very deep scratches on the bumper that were very noticeable from some unfortunate encounters I had with various objects. I waited to see how he did on the dent removal before getting a quote from him on that work. It was less than half of what I was getting at body shops. The best way I can describe this is that it is not a sacrifice of quality, but a difference in the end result you are paying for. If you want a paint job done to factory spec, you probably want to spend double the price and have them completely remove the affected areas, sand them entirely down, do the multiple coats, takes several days, etc. If you want a paint job that is good enough to be invisible to the untrained eye that will make you feel good about what you are driving and probably recover nearly all of the cosmetic value that has been lost, why bother with having it be "perfect"? I cannot spot any faults with the work Chad and his team did, and it looks exactly as I would have hoped. The great work quality aside, Chad is also a pleasure to do business with. He is reliable and is where he says he will be when he says he will be there, he communicates well, he sticks to the prices he gives, and he does everything he can to make your life easier while you are working with him. For example, it was a little challenging for me to coordinate things with my family for me to drop my car off and pick it up to get that pain work done and he was happy to come by my house to pick me up and had even offered to deliver the car back to me afterwards since I was not too far away from the shop he was using. Chad is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! He did a tremendous job in fixing the dent off my wife's Lexus RX350 hood. Undoubtedly, he is a MASTER of his craft and explained how he is able to go through various layers of metal (4 to be exact) to get to the dent. He effortlessly angled his tool to get to it, and was able to mold it back into place via a meticulous motion and flow. Chad is very well prepared and came with an array of tools to ensure the dent is rectified and is longer visible. I wish I could give the Dent Medic more than 5 stars. I texted Chad after being given his name by a dealership. Chad responded quickly and professionally. I shared a video of the ding and he was confident he could help me. He wasn't able to fit me into his schedule until 3 weeks later. Since he was highly recommended I patiently waited. We exchanged a few texts as the date got closer. He was always quick to respond and helpful. The day came and Chad showed up in time and came incredibly prepared with all his tools. Our Infiniti SUV is going in for a lease return and so I had Chad fix all the dings before going in for the inspection. Also had several dings on my Tesla that have been bothering me and had him fix those since he was already coming out to the house. He even noticed dings/issues I missed. He was honest and went over the dings before getting started and warned me about any issues that a particular ding may present and may not be totally fixable. Seriously Folks- Chad Stewart and the team here are amazing. Recently, I had the extreme misfortune of my bike (suspended from the garage ceiling) falling on to my Tesla-X in the middle of the night.
