I had a dent above the wheel well from where somebody bumped into me while I was parked at a grocery store. That was a very tough one and I will say that it is not 100% perfect, but it's at least 90% and someone would have to really be looking for it to see it, which is in major contrast to where it was before. I'm getting ready to sell that car and it is certainly enough for me to recapture the lost cosmetic value. That car also had a couple of very deep scratches on the bumper that were very noticeable from some unfortunate encounters I had with various objects. I waited to see how he did on the dent removal before getting a quote from him on that work. It was less than half of what I was getting at body shops. The best way I can describe this is that it is not a sacrifice of quality, but a difference in the end result you are paying for. If you want a paint job done to factory spec, you probably want to spend double the price and have them completely remove the affected areas, sand them entirely down, do the multiple coats, takes several days, etc. If you want a paint job that is good enough to be invisible to the untrained eye that will make you feel good about what you are driving and probably recover nearly all of the cosmetic value that has been lost, why bother with having it be "perfect"? I cannot spot any faults with the work Chad and his team did, and it looks exactly as I would have hoped. The great work quality aside, Chad is also a pleasure to do business with. He is reliable and is where he says he will be when he says he will be there, he communicates well, he sticks to the prices he gives, and he does everything he can to make your life easier while you are working with him. For example, it was a little challenging for me to coordinate things with my family for me to drop my car off and pick it up to get that pain work done and he was happy to come by my house to pick me up and had even offered to deliver the car back to me afterwards since I was not too far away from the shop he was using. I would definitely recommend working with Chad for your auto cosmetic needs.

Instead of a professional discussion, I was met with shocking hostility from one of your managers (a tall gentleman of Middle Eastern descent). He directly attacked my integrity, stating, "I've seen this trick many times; people bring fake quotes from Richardson or Prosper to deceive us." He further alleged, without any evidence, that the other dealer would add a markup of over $6,000. While I respect a dealership's right to decline a price match, I find it unacceptable to be accused of dishonesty. This lack of professional ethics is not only a personal insult but a significant blow to the Toyota brand image. As a direct result of this experience, I returned to Longo Toyota of Prosper the following day and purchased the vehicle there. The contrast in service was stark; they treated me with respect, and my wife is thrilled with our new car. I will be sharing this experience with my community to ensure other buyers know to take their business to dealerships that actually value their customers.

If you are unfortunate enough to own this car and experience this issue you know that there is no easy fix. When I arrived I pulled up, handed the tech the keys, and walked inside to check in. Lawrence was so nice and helpful, let me know a time frame, and explained where the restrooms and snacks were located. He also let me know there was a recall that they would also take care of while they had my car back there. After about 3 hours Lawrence called me up and informed me that they were not able to get the sunroof closed and the cost of getting it fixed is almost $11,000. Having just moved 1000 miles from home, looking for a job, and have now loss my reliable transportation I broke down right at his desk. Lawrence proceeded to go talk to other managers to see how he could help me. He mentioned that they could take the headliner down and MAYBE be able to get it closed that way. I had to take the risk. About 4 hours later he comes out to the lobby with a technician named Tristan. Poor Tristan had been fighting with my sunroof all day, but was determined to help me and continued to try everything he could possibly think of. Eventually all his hard work payed off and he was able to get closed and even washed my car for me. These two men may have just been doing their job to other people, but they really did change my life. They offered support, determination, and the willingness to go above and beyond for a customer. Having just moved to Texas this was my first experience with this location and I now will continue to have my car serviced here. P.S. Let this be a reminder to NOT get a Toyota Camry with a panoramic moonroof!!

I got a small door ding in my Tesla Model S. A Tesla certified body shop quoted more than $1400 to fix the dent. They wanted to remove both my passenger door panels (since the ding was on the back door, but close to the front panel. They stated that they needed to do this to blend the paint from the back to the front panel. This is a ridiculous price to fix a tiny ding! This body shop also would need to hang onto my car for 5 days, meaning I would be out of pocket for a rental car. Dan fixed the same ding for $125, and he didn't need to add any paint to the door. What I thought was a paint chip was just transfer from the offending car that dinged my door. The door panel looks as good as new! He was done within 25 minutes!
