It's unfortunate that some people have no consideration of other peoples property. But before you decide to put a claim through your insurance, you should pick up the phone and call Tim first. I have had my brand new Lexus RX all of 2-3 months, for someone to have left me a nasty dent on my front driver fender right along the body line.
