It's unfortunate that some people have no consideration of other peoples property. But before you decide to put a claim through your insurance, you should pick up the phone and call Tim first. I have had my brand new Lexus RX all of 2-3 months, for someone to have left me a nasty dent on my front driver fender right along the body line. Tim is definitely not the easiest man to get a hold of due to his extreme busy schedule, but I promise you he is worth the wait and he is busy for a good reason, but will try his best to get back to you when he can.
