I had a great experience with Dent Police. He came out to inspect a dent on my car and gave me an honest assessment that it unfortunately couldn't be fixed due to the location of damage. Even though he spent the time to come out and look at it, he didn't charge me a dime. I really appreciate the integrity and will definitely call them first for any future needs! read more

My Miata had a fender dinger and I received a no quote from another service. I talked to Rudy of the Dent Police and I said the dent did not have to be 100% to perfection and he fixed it to the point that you could not tell that the fender had a crunch on it. Rudy provided excellent service and he took care of my car. I'm really happy with the results. I have a picture of the dent before and it was not bad. But when you see you it today you cannot tell that it had a dent before. Polite, on time and honest about his service. You cannot ask for more. 5 stars for the Dent Police. read more

Cannot thank this guy enough! My insurance company first sent out Billy from Denttech, who wanted to drill into my BMW 528i! Of course, I told him no, and he even tried to make me feel guilty by telling me how he had just driven all the way from Oakland to "fix" my dent. He was whining about how it wasn't possible to pop out the dent w/o drilling a hole. I had complained, but because of his assessment, my insurance company denied the claim, and I literally had to fight with them to send another tech, just so I could get second opinion. I want to say thank you to Rudy! He was extremely nice, and genuine, which is hard to come by nowadays. He attempted to fix the dent w/o a drill, and was successful!!! Even after hearing my story of the last tech, he was confident he would be able to remove the dent. Roughly 15 mins later, he was done! His work is absolutely flawless! There was a crease near the edge, and after he was done it was completely flush with the rest of the surface. And I am hard to please, or so I've heard :P read more

Today, while returning to work from my lunch break, an employee of a company that will remain unnamed (in this review) kicked my vehicle, leaving a dent in my door. The company that this gentleman worked for was doing work for Bill Brandt Ford. So, after work, I went back to Ford, not knowing the man was not a direct employee of theirs as the incident occured in the street in front of their building. The man I spoke to at Ford took my name and number and told me he would have his dent guy take care of it at their expense. So, I'm returning home, expecting the same hassle one always experiences when recieving a free service; inability to agree on a date, needing to gather paperwork, pictures, etc. Then, not even home yet, my phone rings and it is Rudy asking for the location if where I want the repair to happen. I gave him my address, yet still wasn't holding my breath. To my great surprise, he arrived quickly, took a look at the damage, listened to my story and got to work. It only took about fifteen minutes or so and he was done. The work was amazing, I didn't expect the dent to be returned to perfect but he got it closer than I had thought possible. He had the paperwork written up, billed to Bill Brandt Ford, and I signed. I tried to tip him, and I mean I was persistent, but he refused, reasoning that the damage was not my fault. While my five star rating is for thw business, I believe it should apply to the man himself as well. If I ever need dent repairs again, I won't even have to think about who I'm calling. read more

Rudy could not have been more accommodating. I had initially scheduled an appointment for my personal vehicle and he ended up adding in one of my parent's vehicles as well reasonably adjusting the price per/vehicle. Let me tell you this guy does wonders. You can definitely tell which dents are of ease for him (removed in a matter of seconds) and which ones are challenging. He had removed 99% of the dents on my vehicle (one would require door/frame tweaking which could ultimately break paint so I opted out for that last ding) So in all fairness, I will not count that against him despite how much it pains me to see it still there. The main dent on my passenger rear door was an eye-sore and now that it is gone, I really can't complain. I am definitely giving Rudy a call the next time I am in need of mobile PDR and highly recommend to anyone within the east bay/bay area. read more

Last month my family and I went mountain biking at some nearby trails. I must have not secured the bike rack to the car very well because as we were leaving, we hit a bump which caused the bikes to swing away and then back into the lift gate of our brand-spankin'-new 2013 Honda Odyssey. One of the bike petals left a nasty dent in the lift gate, and I felt really stupid. But then, Rudy came to our rescue! I had snapped pics of the dent with my phone and texted them to a couple of different experts, but most of them didn't think they could get it completely out, due to the built-in crease in the lift gate. Even the dealer didn't think it would be possible without replacing the panel! Rudy, on the other hand, believed he could remove the dent completely - and he did! He was timely, professional, and charged a reasonable price for such excellent work. While I hope I don't need his services again (at least due to my incompetence), I would not hesitate to call him to repair our next dent. If you want your car to look like new again, call or text Rudy from Dent Police. He'll get the job done in no time and with a great rate! read more

What an awesome job by an even more awesome human being, Rudy. I now live in Sacramento where I shopped around for about a week looking for a mobile dent pro to fix a dent on my front right fender. Two companies shut me down right away after learning the fender was aluminum. I've called several more places where they quoted me $400-600 to get the job done. I felt that was a bit overpriced and out of my budget. I decided to search locations near Antioch where my parents live and Dent Police was at the top of the list. I read the first couple reviews which were from all happy customers. I decided to call to inquire and spoke to Rudy. I explained the damage briefly and told me to text him pics of the damage. Immediately he says me he could fix it and would run me about $285. I was a little hesitant but I took the chance. Today, Rudy met me at my parents house at 9am where he did the repair. He kindly introduced himself and got to work. He took the time to educate me on the damage and showed me what he was doing as he was working. After about 30 mins he was done. Great quality work with attention to detail. I was very impressed and happy with the repair. I recommend his services to everyone!!! read more

I'd give 10 starts if I could! My poor range rover as well as my husband's S2000 both had dents to be fixed. The RR had a tiny round dent on the right rear door just big enough to be obvious, obviously annoying that is and the S2000 had a pretty large dent on the top front quarter panel. Unfortunately on a black car, EVERYTHING SHOWS so Rudy had his hands cut out for him on the RR! We were introduced to Rudy via Gino of Good Bye Dents. It seems they work together on various jobs. Rudy- ah Rudy, he's got to be ONE OF THE NICEST people that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was very professional. He walked up to me, shook my hand and introduced himself. He was very good about walking me through the steps that had to be taken to remove my dent. I felt at ease and was very assured that my baby was going to be in good hands. My husband, who is a tough East Coaster was also very comfortable with the procedure that Rudy was going to have to take in order to get the very large dent out of his front quarter panel. After we all agreed on price, which I must say was BEYOND reasonable, he quickly got to work setting up. He pulled out his magic box of tricks and with the precision of a surgeon began tapping away with doohickeys that I know not what they are even called! He was able to take out the dent in the RR in less than 20 minutes and within the hour he had both cars looking brand spankin' new! Who knew such a service existed?!?! Psssst I'll tell you another secret... you know when you trade your car into a dealership- guess who they call to remove that dent! That's right!!!! BINGO! They call Rudy!!! The icing on the cake for me was learning that Rudy is Christian. So for all of you Christians out there. Please be sure to support our Brother in Christ! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G work here. I will definitely use Rudy again- thanks to BART that is :) read more

I've been looking for someone to fix some dents on my TL...got a call from Rudy who came from Antioch to check out my ride. Rudy is amazing and works his magic! I was so sad because I had dented the door of my fairly new Jeep but didn't have the money to pay a body shop to fix it at the price they would charge... Mike's Auto Body referred me to Rudy and he came out and met me at work the same day... and completely fixed the dent! It was a dent in the crease too, which they say is impossible to fix! Amazing and so very nice! I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely be calling him again I am sure! :) read more

When you walk with the Lord he is always putting people in your life that makes me know that God is in charge. So Butch thank you and I am sure I will see you again. Thank you for being so kind to my dear neighbor too, she really enjoyed you and we both felt like we met a new friend! Rudy did a great job on my brand new car. I had rubbed my door against someone's bumper at low speed leaving some shallow dents. I was a little concerned that because the dents were so shallow, dent repair would make little difference, but Rudy did a great job and the repair is impossible to see unless you look at it at an angle with your face right up against the panel. He's also very friendly and professional and was a pleasure to work with. read more

After having a dent on my door for the past ten months, I finally decided it was time to get it fixed. After some searching, I came upon Dent Police. Just had two rear quarter panel dents removed from my car this morning. My appointment was at 9 a.m. and Rudy was right on time, already assessing the damage situation on my car. Rudy is very friendly and greeted me warmly and professionally. He quoted me a very fair price I could not refuse, compared to what a body shop would charge. He took his time and did the job right. Now, you cannot even tell where the dents were originally and the paint looked like nothing happened. Totally professional, honest and reasonable work. That's what you get from Rudy, who has 18 years in the business and has seen it all. I wholeheartedly recommend Dent Police for all your auto dent removal needs. Honesty is a service you can't buy. I have a crease in the side of my car that is less than an inch from the body line. I can tell by looking at it that it's not your average pop and go dent. Rudy came by and took a look at it for me. To my surprise he gave me the following options: He could fix it to where it would look 90% and probably not noticeable to most people or I could sell my car in it's current state and call him if the buyer wanted it fixed. I am very pleased that he was honest up front and did what was best for my interests. He didn't even make a dollar off of me today...but sometimes good business is treating your customers the way he did with me. read more

A cooler chest had fallen on my brand new, black, Chrysler 300C in my garage, leaving a small dent in the front fender. I checked around for reviews here and elsewhere for a good, reputable dent repair specialist. Seeing what people had to say about Rudy peeked my interest. So I checked him out. It turned out the rave reviews where very accurate! I could tell Rudy put his all into his work - punctual, accommodating, professional, friendly and very interested in doing his best for his customers. He was able to come out the same day and had worked out the dent in short order. The results were excellent - the dent had vanished! Though having pretty high expectations, I'd have him work on future dents and recommend him to anyone!
