Paint has been flaking off on all three components since November of 2023 so contacted A-1 back in March and now it has been two months since they said they would repaint because the technician that did the original job is no longer with the company. Your three-year warranty is no good if the paint constantly flakes off and you don't honor it. You need to contact me immediately with a firm date of when you will repaint and I'm tired of your excuses that your technicians live far away.

I reached out to several local shops, including some I've used in the past. Their bids were pretty excessive and encroaching on a spot repaint or full respray of the panel. I remember reaching out to Michael (Push N Pull) about six month ago for a different job. I ultimately didn't go with him because of a personal recommendation for another shop. However, this time around, I thought I would shoot him a message and get his take. Michael was confident he could complete the work and his bid undercut competitors significantly.
