We called Climatrol and they were out to our house within an hour or so. They had to replace all of the burners in the heater and it turned out that, that didn't fix the problem. Luckily, the owner Doug was there and he finally determined that when the heater was first installed, they had used orifices for LP gas and not natural gas, which is what we have. Fortunately, they were able to get the correct orifices and get the heater running. He spent 3 hours there with another guy and only charged us $250. They are our go-to HVAC company.

With all these new computer driven devices there wasn't to much I could do. Checking for a blown fuse was about the extent of my trouble shooting skills so I placed a call to Fritts Heating and Air. Fritts himself (owner)showed up in the blink of an eye. A very nice easy going guy with years of knowledge and expertise. Appearing that the thermostat was bad he had to go to the warehouse to pick up a new one. Once back replacing the old one began. He let me watch and ask questions and just had and interesting conversation about anything and everything. Well strange the new one didn't work either. So after so quick troubleshooting in the basement furnace he found a defective in line fuse blown. Replacing the fuse and low and behold, success the thermostat was working. So being the nice guy he removed his unit and put the original back in. Problem solved. So in closing after spending hours in trouble shooting and traveling back and forth he only charged me for the service call. Absolutely amazing! Thank you Fritts for and awesome experience on a frustrating situation.

Today we had Roland come out and give us a price for replacing all sorts of paddle fans, electric switches, and just overall easy lights to replace. I had already replaced lights and paddle fans on the outside myself. Right from the onset Roland said they charged $220.00 an Hour .. I told him I had already had 2 electric companies out and both had around the same price of $125.00 an hour plus $95.00 an hour after . Roland then said okay we can do $95.00 for each fixture .. okay so we walked the house and started to show him what we had .. about 10 different things and at least a half days of work.. 2 fixtures that they did originally had one screw holding the fixture and we wanted it fixed.. You guessed it $95.00 Hr to fix their sub par work. We went with another great company used by many in our subdivision.. I will be adding their review once all work is completed! You decide.. !

The foreman Joe and electrician Silvio upgraded our service and installed a new panel as well as completed a couple of miscellaneous electrical projects at our home in Marietta, GA in November of 2021. In full disclosure, it wasnt entirely problem free as there was an issue with making our originally scheduled installation day that wasnt communicated until the last minute. The scheduling issue could have been a real setback in the coordination of our home remodel but thankfully we were able to reschedule to accommodate our needs . More importantly, they made up for it by working diligently throughout the day of installation and completing all the work as agreed. We would definitely call H&H again.
