Service was straight trash. We got seated and waited a good amount of time not once did anyone come and ask if we were ready to order or what we needed to drink. Not only did we not get attended there was also enough servers to attend us. It wasn't even busy to not get helped. All we heard was coworkers talking about their personal life's laughing basically ignoring us all while leaving us unattended I work in customer service & food as well I would have never treated my customers like that. Very cold climate restaurant, bring a jacket. When we come in the summer I always freeze. Finally I came in February and it was actually nice and warm. After a few minutes they propped the back door full open letting the 9pm February breeze blow in through the dining room. When asked why the door was wide open the waitress replied that people in the back were hot. She said she would go close the door that had been open for 10 minutes. The staff here were very young. They seemed to be more concerned with socializing than cooking. My husband and I came here in the evening and both ordered breakfast. The hashbrowns were way undercooked and very greasy. Bacon was also undercooked. I ordered two eggs over medium. What I recieved was one egg fairly well cooked and the second one had a broken yolk and was folded in half, causing the middle to be basically uncooked. We both had an English muffin that was, you guessed it, undercooked! They were soft, not brown on the edges, and were served with so much margarine that it was dripping off the sides. Maybe hire some more experienced help, or more training is needed for the current staff. read more

Went in to make a to go order and they could barely take my order because someone else was messing around next to them with a broom. I then went over to another cashier to pay and the floors were super wet and I happened to slip. That's fine it happens however the guy doing the broom earlier laughed at me. Alright Denny's I want to know where you found Lacey! She was the best! My brother and sister in law are in town and we needed something after a long morning of site seeing! Of course Denny's is our go to place but Lacey was outstanding putting up with my "sarcastic brother" he is one for the books!! Although he broke your light she was very professional about it and we all laughed! How ever from the time we got up and said good bye we were paying our check and the hostess was very rude and could care less that we enjoyed our time. I'm not one to complain about your staff but this wouldnt be the first time she was like this and honestly I'm so surprised she is still employed there! My default restaurant is Denny's, because everybody knows Denny's! They make this amazing burger called the Grand Slam burger. It has eggs, bacon, hash browns and it's all piled up on a delicious beef Patty, with this crazy sauce on it. (It's good, don't know the name) then, they have wavy fries, and the best part? Ask for homemade ranch dressing. The burger is runny enough with that mystery sauce, so if you ask for your egg over hard, you can also avoid possible salmonella. Never had any issues though. Once, and only one time, I had an order to go, and I think the employee was disgruntled. I'm pretty sure it wasn't towards me (because I always tip!) But I had the toothpick going through the burger, not the bun, and even though I had asked for ranch, I didn't get it. There was something else too, very petty. Anyways, I mentioned it towards management and they gave me a free meal! So, seriously, nothing but happy thoughts. read more

That's the case here at this Denny's in Twin Falls. Recently opened (2015), this Denny's is no different than any other Denny's we have all been to. I've been here half a dozen times since it opened and my experiences have been your typical experiences. I've been there when they were slammed, and I've been there when they were slow. The service was/is totally fine and typical. No long waits for drinks/food, and no bad or cold food either. There are a few reviews on this particular Denny's that seem to be extra harsh, with one reviewer who seemed to have hacked into their parents' Yelp account while drinking their first beer. IMO, some people go to a restaurant LOOKING for faults in the food and servers. If you do that then you will find those faults EVERY time you go somewhere. At this Denny's you'll find very good, typical Denny's food and your standard, run-of-the-mill service you get at every Denny's you've been to. read more

Glad to be the first review. Had breakfast with the family one week after opening. They were a little backed up, but we only waited 10 minutes for a booth. The manger made the rounds and explained it was their second week and they would get our good out as soon as they could. Our waitress Anesasia was phenomenal. She kept us clued into what was going on. Our food arrived and the omelette and pancakes were cold. Anesasia did everything right. She told her manager and then offered to remake the food and kept asking if we were sure we did not want new food. The taste was classic Dennys and was just a good breakfast. Even when we got up she came over and apologised. She was what pulled this review from a two star to a five star. We can take a couple of cold plates when the staff is truly honest about it and do willing to make out right. read more

I ordered the Double Berry Banana breakfast and it was so good, they were very generous with the bananas which was a huge plus! My Brother has ordered the loaded breakfast sandwich and ate it in 8 minutes flat so clearly he loved his food Lacey was our server and she was such a sweetheart, she made us feel so welcome and had us laughing throughout breakfast! I was also pleased that the manager came out and checked with all the tables. Clearly the staff and management truly care and try to make Denny's an inviting and fun place to eat! I am a veteran and I went to eat at Dennys on veterans day because they offered a special that day. I brought a friend with me. I ordered the free Grand Slam breakfast. It was hash browns, ham, eggs over medium and wheat toast. What I got was hash browns barely cooked (very little brown), eggs very runny, ham from a processed loaf that was rubbery and hard to chew and toast with so much butter I could squeeze butter out of it; very soggy. It was all I could do to eat even half of it. Big disappointment. My meal was free, except for the overpriced coffee and my friends wasn't. I still got a bill for $18+. $2.35 for a cup of coffee? For the price of 3 coffees I could buy a 30 oz can of coffee and got about 240 cups of coffee. Quite a mark up on their coffee. It was a little crowded that day so we had to wait for a table. No problem there. The wait staff was friendly even though they were rushed. I was told later that I could have had my eggs re-cooked but that wouldn't solve the problem with the hash browns, the toast and ham. I will only give them one star for the food but I will give the waitress 4 stars. read more
