FINAL THOUGHTS: Beautiful ambiance, but the long wait and lack of a proper waiting area took away from the experience. If you're celebrating a birthday here, plan ahead and be prepared to wait!

Disappointed that the quality and the service has gone down. Won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend.

From the moment I stepped into this establishment, I knew I was in for an underwhelming experience -- if not something far worse. The place was already crowded, which I expected, but what struck me immediately was the complete lack of organization and professionalism. There was no hostess present to greet or assist guests, and the staff seemed visibly scattered, stressed, and disjointed. Their conversations in Spanish, seemingly in their own world, made me feel like a lost tourist in a foreign country -- completely disconnected from the customer service one should expect. Finally, after some time, a woman arrived who claimed to be the hostess. I politely inquired about the wait time, and she estimated around 20 minutes. I requested a seat at the counter if available, and after waiting about five minutes, she returned to inform me that a spot was open. Throughout this process, my vigilance was heightened -- and what I observed only deepened my concerns. The cleanliness of this place is alarmingly poor. I had to personally request a new set of silverware and a clean glass because the ones provided were visibly dirty. This alone raises serious questions about their hygiene standards. To make matters worse, I noticed a large bowl of fruit sitting out in the open for an uncomfortably long period -- exposed to dust, flies, and the general environment. Disturbingly, they appeared to be using this fruit to prepare drinks and food, which is not only unhygienic but outright shocking for a restaurant that claims to serve food to the public. The overall health and cleanliness of this place are appalling. It's evident that the health department should be investigating this location on a daily basis, as the current standards are far below acceptable. This is a *new* Denny's, and frankly, it's a terrible first impression. Such neglect and lack of basic hygiene are unacceptable, especially for a brand that prides itself on consistent quality and safety. I strongly advise anyone reading this to reconsider dining here. For your own health and wellness, steer clear of this place until they overhaul their operations and adhere to proper health standards. Omg! Dont eat here they are a bunch of crazy wack jobs. So the first time i ate here the crazy paranoid old lady. (Vicky) who works graveyard runs after me yelling that i didnt pay her. I told her the money plus tip that she didnt deserve was on the table so she went to check when she should have done that already before accusing customers. Anuways after that my man a i became regulars and she was always our waitress. Up until lastnight. I swear i will do anything to get my people and others not to bring buisness to this store. They called the police on my boyfriend and i because they were scared we werent gonna pay our bill. Wtf! Really!! We go there all the time. So im already embarrassed and now mu gift card is not reading on there machine witch was saying error. (Not my fault) but this ugly snobby biotch (yamira A) who was our server was to lazy to punch it in manually and so was the old lady. What kind of customer service is this? The lowest rating it let's me give is a 1 star but it should be a 0!!! I took my 11 year old to eat breakfast here and the place was so filthy. I was really disappointed, the lady brought us our drinks and the cups had lipstick on them from a previous customer. I kindly asked for another cup and the waiter gave me attitude. She then requested that I return all the food and, with what I perceived as a sarcastic smile, insisted that it was "still warm." Rather than acknowledging the inconvenience or offering a reasonable solution, she dismissed my concerns. I became extremely frustrated by her attitude and handling of the situation and ultimately requested a refund. I understand that mistakes happen, and I do not expect perfection. However, I do expect basic courtesy, professionalism, and accountability, especially from someone in a management position. What disappointed me most was that the cashiers were already willing to correct the mistake, yet the manager's intervention turned a simple issue into an unpleasant experience.

I also noticed her doing the same for other customers and taking the time to clean tables and keep the dining area nice, clean, and welcoming. Jessica was so kind, attentive, and hardworking. She truly made us feel right at home, and I feel she deserves to be recognized for the great job she's doing! And the food was excellent too! I normally don't eat burgers, but I eat In-N-Out!

It looked like they were not utilizing the middle dining room, which is more spacious and a lot more comfortable to sit in. It was a bit disappointing to be seated next to the makeshift busing area where dishes, condiments, containers, and silverware are gathered to place on the tables. I felt like because it was going to close in about 90 minutes. They didn't want to sit anybody in the nicer area. I did notice that they had some really nice new decor on the walls. They were custom wood features with beautiful plant arrangements. I thought that this was a nice touch because it added a level of classiness to the dining room and the overall restaurant. Although we were seated in a not so great area we still had good customer service. It was a bit distracting that all the servers kept coming over to the side of our table to replenish silverware or containers or condiments on other tables, and they had to make noise and carry with those items. They probably should have just not seated anybody next to that little busing area because it's just a dining experience killer. Our food was delicious this time I had ordered the Border Benedict with scrambled eggs instead of poached, and no jalapeños, which I had not yet tried. I also ordered one pancake à la carte. The flavors were decent. My Husband ordered the avocado toast with salmon. He enjoyed his food. The beautiful wood and plant arrangement art pieces are absolutely stunning and I recommend that people get into this place to have a look at them. They really do elevate the decor of this restaurant. The manager is always nice here too. Overall, this was a great customer service visit, it's just that we didn't like having to sit next to the busing station that was set up.
