Just wanted to say I can't believe how inexpensive our meals were. I ordered the 2 egg slam for $5.99 and it was plenty of food and tasted good. I wanted to thank the new manager for doing a great job. It was quiet and a nice atmosphere. Thank you to Eric and Wyatt. read more

Every time we eat at this place we are woefully disappointed with something, either with the service or the food. But we keep trying...sorry but no more. We will go to the Denny's in Lewiston. Husband ordered the Spaghetti and Meatballs....sounded easy enough BUT... where was the spaghetti sauce??!!! There may have been a teaspoon of it on there but I doubt it. I wish we had taken a picture. He asked for more but the service was so incredibly slow he got frustrated and we ended up leaving. They comped the meal but he didn't eat it anyway cuz they never got it back to the table. Terrible all the way around... both the service and the meal! read more

Just ordered Uber Eats from the Moscow Dennys and I was extremely disappointed in both the quality and quantity of food. First I ordered the *KRAFT* Mac and Cheese, what came in my order was not Kraft Mac and cheese, but rather a minuscule amount as well as the Mac and Cheese being solid chunks that were inedible. I also got sausage as well, when I took the first bite, thinking it was the only edible part of my meal, the sausage was PINK. Full on pink and undercooked. I spent way too much money to get food that could not even eat. Safe to say if I'm getting a late night hunger I will not be going to the Moscow Dennys, matter of fact I will never go here again. It is embarrassing and distasteful that the Dennys thinks this is acceptable. Now when I have gone in here before the place was clean as well as having nice service, but I guess they are going downhill. read more

I am well aware of the very rough start that the new Denny's in Moscow had. I had many friends and family members that ate there and reported horrible service and waiting times. However, just less than a week ago, my girlfriend and I decided to give them a chance on MLK Day on our way out of town. We were immediately seated, and our server, Farrah, was very gracious and attentive. My GF got the Super Bird sandwich and I got the chicken-fried steak and eggs breakfast with hash browns. My GF was super happy with her meal, while mine was nearly perfect. My only issue was that the chicken-fried steak was a bit underwhelming. It needed more flavor. The eggs, hash browns, and toast were all perfect. The portion sizes were great, the coffee was good, the booth was clean, and Farrah did a great job checking on us and keeping us happy. Denny's is back! I will definitely recommend it to folks that were turned off in the past. read more

Came with a dear friend of mine, and I had Hannah as a server and she was amazing. Warm, welcoming, friendly and really did take care of us. Giving much love to the Denny's family. read more

I normally love Denny's. I went to this location for the first time yesterday and I was SO disappointed. First off, they were out of turkey bacon which the waitress claimed they've ordered four times and haven't received. Secondly, the scrambled eggs were not fluffy and were super runny. My waitress also was not friendly and really seemed like she didn't care about doing her job. I won't be going back to this location. read more

I drove 70 miles to this Dennys for breakfast yesterday. Arrived before 8 so it was quiet with minimal customers. My table was wiped down by the waitress as I stood waiting. My food came out at average time but there was a hair on my plate. The waitress never checked in on me during the entire visit. The hair wasn't touching my food so I ate around it because it was a pretty good meal and I drove an hour and a half to get there. I let my waitress know about the hair when paying and she asked if it was a short black hair and said that there he'd been multiple complaints. Icks... read more

As I had expected, once they got the kinks out, it's all gravy. I will say that they have a tendency to overcook the red potatoes and that makes me sad. read more

25 minutes to get a drink. No refill brought when asked. Confronted manager because it's not the waitresses fault it is bad management. No sorry, just "I can give you a 5% discount. Hopefully the manager find something she enjoys about it. If not leave it is really affecting business. read more

I was hesitant to try them after all of the bad reviews, but I heard they got their act together. I showed up with a group of ten coworkers at 11pm and expected the worst. Instead, we were seated almost immediately and the hostess was gracious and efficient. Our waitress, Athena, came out in a timely manner and patiently took all of our orders. The food arrived hot, within 20 minutes, and all orders were correct! The food was great and everyone was happy with their orders. Will definitely come back again! read more

I love this place. It's a great hang out. I'll know what y'all thought of Denny's in Moscow Idaho was going to be but lower your expectations and have a bit of fun. read more

Yes, the crew of this restaurant is clearly new. But from what I saw they were also clearly doing their best! My son and I went in for a milkshake on graduation weekend (also football weekend!) and the place was hopping. Even though the wait was long, we decided to stay because of the kindness of the staff -- the two who worked the front counter (I think names were Mackenzie and Anthony) were juggling several things but were courteous, friendly and working hard. Our server (whose name I can't remember, sorry!) was also excellent, and multiple other staffers checked in to make sure we'd been helped. My son also gives two thumbs up to the old-fashioned Oreo milkshake. So - if you go to Denny's in these first few weeks, be prepared to wait a bit. But give the kids who work there some grace and help them learn. read more

Great food great service and the staff was the best shout out to jaxson leslee and wanda

I placed an online order for salted pancakes and sunny side up eggs. The first time they gave just the cakes with raw sunny side up eggs. Returned to the store they were nice and kind but didn't understand how to make the sunny side up. I showed them running raw whites and they said they would fix it. They returned with the proper salted cakes but gave me two more raw sunny side up. I understand food not looking like a photo but to have two sets of undercooked eggs isn't ok. Also have been trying to call for about an hour and don't believe they answer the phone. read more

This is the second time I recently put in an order online and they have managed to mess it up once again. First time I paid for avocado to be added onto my burger and they forgot it. Tonight I paid extra to have an extra patty in my burger and they forgot once again. Not only that, whoever the host was, had an unfriendly attitude and doesn't know how to work customer service for shit. read more

I'm super disappointed in this new location. I was excited to try, but it seems like a mess. First, we went in and they said it would be a 30 minute wait. That's fine, yet we couldn't put down our number. They said they encourage you to stay in the store and wait. The problem with that is, there's hardly a waiting area at all. There's no chairs to wait and everyone was just bunched around the door. Then, when we came back 30 minutes later, they said "someone will be with you soon" and that wasn't the case. We waited for another 15 minutes. Finally, we got seated. Once we were seated, NOBODY came to help us. The people next to us came after us and they were helped right away. Couldn't even ask for help because all the employees were running around. Clearly this store isn't organized, as I've heard other people not getting helped after being seated. After waiting for almost 20 minutes and getting no help, we decided to just leave. This location needs to fix the organization, as this was super duper disappointing. read more

They need better training for sure. If you're thinking about going I'd wait a few months. It's like they took a bunch of people that have never worked in a restaurant before and let them just figure it out. Long wait for table and food. Food was ok. Table was dirty. read more

For the most part this location is alright. The servers are always kind and fantastic but it's always hot or miss with the food. For the most part it's great, standard breakfast food that has made them famous. Sometimes that consistency fails though, and where the servers are great the cooks don't always get it didn't. Today we received a salad with rotten lettuce, they were quick to apologize and make a new salad which was good. For the most part this is a great location so even when they have off days the service brings us back. - Liz read more

My partner and I have come to this location 6 times since they opened. The first 4 times we had PHENOMENAL experiences. The food was fresh, killer, and well priced. Service was friendly, attentive, and (while definitely still in the process of training) putting their best feet forward. The 5th time that we came, we had a good waitress, albeit a little stressed from the breakfast/lunch rush, who took our orders and got us our drinks. About 10 minutes into waiting for our food, she kindly came up to us to let us know that she was being sent on break, but River was going to take care of us. We had no issue with this until we received 0 service or check-ins until almost 30 full minutes later. Our food arrived cold, over cooked, and was missing multiple items. Keep in mind, this was after the rush, and there were less than 5 tables on the floor in total. We tried to look past this, and we had family in town, so we decided to go to this Dennys again. We told our folks that this place was great, and that the food is awesome, hoping that the last experience was a one-off poor experience. Upon check-in, River (who I assume is a manager, based on how he dresses and acts around the rest of the staff) did multiple things that were just plain neglectful or rude, and absolutely oppose good customer service. When we were seated, our waitress (Jessica) did an excellent job welcoming us, taking our orders, and being attentive. GREAT JOB!! While our waitress was taking the order of a table next to us, River directly interrupted her customer to tell her to take another table. He also, once again, missed significant parts of our meals when he brought out the food (he wasn't our waiter). I had a TBone steak (something I have enjoyed in the past here), and my whole plate was cold to the touch. When I said that it all looked cooked well, but it was cold, River pressed his hand to my steak and asked what temp I thought it should be! He took my food back, and got it remade, though it came out mostly cold, and I believe my steak was microwaved to get it out faster. In general throughout my family's experiences over the last couple of visits, it feels like Dennys had a caring, good natured staff that wants to do a good job. The issue seems to be a lack of proper setup; and (if River is indeed a manager) a lack of training in proper management. It feels like he is single-handedly throwing wrenches in smooth operation, and is a primary source to a lot of stress and anxiety for the rest of the staff. Overall, that sense gets passed down to the customers as well. I love this place, and will give it another try, but unless the attitude of management, and the performance of the restaurant as a whole improves, I will stop going after one more attempt. read more

We got here and waited 30 minutes for our order to be taken. Then got our straws thrown at us. We waited about an hour and a half for our food and finally went to the server to ask what was happening. She then proceeded to ask if we were ready to be seated. No. We have already been here. She responded by saying oops we forgot about you. We waited 30 more minutes and finally the food came. We got the food and it was freezing cold. DO NOT COME HERE. read more

i had the best service from waitresses cruzy she checked on me and made sure my meal was pleasant

The service was amazing, had a lovely waitress. The food was not up to par, skillet dishes should not be so shallow, paying $15 for half of what it used to be is just insane. Mediocre at best in my opinion. Ambiance was okay, again mediocre at best. Biting in to an over easy egg, and getting a stream of just raw egg whites was absolutely putrid. And let me clarify for you what an over easy egg is "The egg whites should be set. Carefully flip (trying not to break the yolk) and cook the second side for another 30 seconds for best results. They should have a runny egg yolk and set whites." The egg whites should not be runny and raw, and the other waitress who put her two cents in saying "well over easy has raw egg whites" no it does not, you are going to cause food poisoning to someone, absolutely fucking insane that people think THAT is the correct way to respond. If you think people are out there eating raw egg whites in an over easy egg maybe you do not need to be in the food industry. read more

Absolute terrible service, waited 2 hours for 6 meals. Did not get greeted, had water spilt all over us and toast. Had multiple wrong orders brought to us and the server was upset the whole time. Bad service, long wait (almost an hour!) cold food, over $55 for party of three, and the bathrooms were dirty.

Went in for a to go order. Was told 10 min after we ordered that they were out of french toast. The other waitress/manager (dark hair) was talking to the cook who replied to her "there was only 2 left and they were his" Then we got our milkshakes and the to go cup was only half full. Was told by the dark haired lady that was because the glasses they served them in was "shaped funny" and "a scam". For over $5 each I would hope I got a full to go cup. When our food came out the same lady decided to have a loud conversation with a cook about who was in the kitchen and thinking for him while my food got cold. I asked if the food could get packaged so I could go and got a shrug as a response. Our food was barely warm when we got home(5 min drive) so I can only imagine the temp when it was being packaged. Highly disappointed and will probably NEVER go back. Our server Brook seemed like she was trying, but Erin I think(dark hair possibly management) definitely needs retraining in customer service! read more

We arrived at 12:15. Our order was not taken until 1. The cook had to come up and ask what our order was at 2:10 since nobody has checked up on us. There are workers wandering around doing nothing. The nachos came out gloopy and had no meat on them. the server gave us half off, but we waited for over two hour for our food when little to no people were in the restaurant. read more

Ate at the new Denny's in Moscow two days in a row and was disappointed both times. There are half a dozen restaurants in town who do breakfast better, faster, and cheaper, Denny's is going to find that out quickly. It took thirty minutes to get our food, which is strange when you consider ordering is digital through our waitress. They were under staffed throughout and most of the workers were very young. I doubt I'll be back. I wish it had been a Waffle House opening instead. read more

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience today. We've been to this Denny's a couple times now, and in the past while the food might've taken a minute it was still of good quality. However, this past experience has me no longer wanting to return. I do not wish to disrespect our server, however she seemed angry to be there. Consistently slammed things on our table, and we saw her maybe three times total. Our food took over an hour to come out, and was inedible. The burger was burnt. The chicken was rubbery. Everything tasted very strongly of dish soap. We could not eat more than a few bites. The entire restaurant of customers were frustrated with the wait times, and the general atmosphere was very dreary. I ran into an employee in the bathroom who expressed that she had been forced to work 30 hours over the span of a few days, and even she wouldn't be willing to eat the food served. In general, not a positive experience. I have been to this Denny's before and enjoyed it, but I don't see myself returning. read more

A big no! food was terrible and service was non existent. i know it's new and they are still working out the kinks but seated people waited 30 minutes just to see a waitress after asking the manager for a waitress Twice.
